Diane was caught in the middle of Ric and Nick's feud, as they vied for her attention. Ric turned to Jac for advice. She encouraged him to reveal his true feelings to Diane before it was too late.
Elsewhere, Joseph was still angry with Elliot. His feelings had terrible ramifications for a patient he was treating.
Matt treated a patient who collapsed during his drugs trial. The experience made him realise he missed surgery. He asked Connie if he could oversee an operation and she agreed.
Ric put his heart on the line and asked if he had a chance with Diane. But Diane told him she'd moved on. A heartbroken Ric watched her leave with Nick.

I bought my casualty series 1 DVD on Saturday and I stated to play it
after match of the day and I was absolutely bouncing as it has been
digitally the picture is great(pity charlie as he is now could not
have been pasted over the charlie then) I can not believe how much
Brenda fricker looked like my late mum that shocked my father as well.
the only problems were.
not to many commentaries from the actors the only one was Derek
Thompson on the last episode (which I can never remember seeing that
on ukgold) and the episode drunk where Duffy is raped (I think Cathy
shipton should have done that as she played a blinder of a role).
also susie's blouse was flickering
how many other have got there yet.
I got mine in woolies for £24.99 in music zone it is £23.97 but most
others are selling it for £24.99 I can not wait for series 2 to be
released.
so there is life for 1 casualty and family affairs and the other casualty and
direct line ads playing a angry hairdresser.
they are Dona Croll who was in seasons 5 and 6 (mind you i could get that wrong)
1st she played a drunk who cut her wrist in charlies flat(well i ant saying my
opion) then next series she played a staff nurse she went on to family affairs
as a shopkeeper.
the next lady is Adjoa Andoh who was Collette Keirney then Griffiths as she
married Jpsh (no really do tell me more) who then had an affire with simon
kaminski (she must have been drunk).
Then she went to be angry hairdresser in the dirct line ads.
they will be playing in dr who Dona will play Matron Casp and Adjoa will play
Sister Jatt so I suppose it will be a part that they can really get there claws
in LOL.
Dr Who stars David Tennant as the Dr and Billie piper as Rose and Starts tonight
at 715 with Dr Who confidential at 800 on bbc3 followed by Casualty at 835 after
lotto draws.

This box set has been on Amazon/Hmv for sometime now. It looks
awful*,shot on non-digital video. Plus Charlie, looks as wooden as ever.
As unreal then as it is today. I am not sure what utopian service they
are sending up? It is not the No Hope Service.
The series that started it in 1975 was "ANGELS" a cracking theme tune by
Alan Parker,it launched the 17 year old Fiona Fullerton and many other
actresses onto our screens, via the BBC,years before they started to
churn out shows like "Casualty"It was great acting and very real.
Showing on uktv drama*,I read they used to share the same sets as
Eastenders. Both shows have their moments but because of shallow
plots,they end up going nowhere.
Simon.

Nick and Ric both used underhand tactics to get Diane on side. Nick won
Diane round by letting her perform a difficult procedure. Meanwhile, Donna
and Justin were now an item.
Elsewhere, Kyla brought Max in. He was diabetic and his blood sugar reading
was high. The stressful day took its toll on Kyla. Justin saw a chance to
make a pass at her.
Nick asked Diane out for a drink, but she refused, given they worked
together. However, she said that once she started the research job they
wouldn't technically be working together.
Connie was devastated when the new heart device she was championing failed
to save her patient.
I joined a few months ago and asked if anyone taped the show because I was looking for 2 certain episodes since I live in the US, but no one responded, so I became a lurker but I still here!
I dunno,
several years ago this used to be quite a vibrant community.....wonder what
happened....??
ANd I'd hzard a guess that 'unbeleivable' isn't realy an issue when half the
internet is filled with dodgy sci-fi fan groups :-)
