New Interior Design Firm is looking for new member of staff with qualifications below:

Drafter / Estimator

·          Male/Female

·          Fresh Graduate/experience min. 1 year

·          Bilingual (English and/or Mandarin)

·          Min. D1/STM/Architecture/Interior Design

·          Able to operate CAD/3D MAX/ARCHICAD/ARTLANTIS/RHINO

·          Able to operate design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign (optional)

·          Mac and Windows user – Microsoft Office applications are a must (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

·          Creative, Innovative, and good time management

·          Communicative and a Team player

·          Other design-related experiences (photography, fashion stylist, illustration, etc) are an advantage

Duties:

-          Drafter: produce working and manufacturing drawings

-          Supervisor: Regular inspection, project management

-          Estimator: Site visit and study, project cost estimator

Design Sales Representative / Receptionist

·          Male/Female

·          Graduate study/Fresh Graduate (Bachelor)/experience min. 1 year

·          Study of Design Subjects are an advantage

·          Bilingual (English and/or Mandarin)

·          Proven Sales skills

·          Good phone manner

·          Able to create accounting management (sales) report.

·          Mac and Windows user – Microsoft Office applications are a must (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

·          Other design-retail experiences are an advantage

Duties:

-          Receptionist: Taking and making business phone call

-          Sales representative: Home furnishing and interior design service

-          Librarian Catalog: Updating sample products with good supplier relationship 

-          Networking
