I would recommend ordering a set online from Amazon.Co.Uk (as I suggested
earlier to Keryn) - they seem to be the cheapest at the moment.

I'm sure they can deliver to the States (as well as Australia) - you just wont
get the free delivery offered to UK customers.

The Special Edition is a Region 2 set as pointed out by Liz so make sure you
have a Multi Region DVD player that can play them first - although even if you
can't play them tthey are worth having just for the packaging and 80 page
booklet
