Looks like it is. Michael Marshall Smith (who was in series 1) has a
quote on the front.

Some time ago, Tim Scott said he had a novel waiting to be published
if I remember. He also said it might appeal to DTB watchers (can Jim
confirm this or am I making it up?!)
