Hi Everybody!!
I'm going to post a few links to websites that play OTR. The first
one is a link to SHOUTCAST...
I should also mention that these links play a wide variety
programming - not just OTR.

Once there, do a search for otr or old time radio. The main drawback
will be your connection speed. I usually get connected at 30-32k and
I can only listen to stations at 24k or less.
You will need WinAmp to listen to these stations.

Another website is Live365. The link below goes directly to OTR
staions. Some are free and for others you have to be a paying member.
You also have to download and install their software but that part is
FREE.

Not OTR related but a link to a player that play stations around the
world.

A lot of the links don't work. But still, a lot do!!

Boombox is a player that links to Shoutcast stations...

I'm still using Windows 95 and I recently upgraded my version of
WinAmp to version 5.112. It has links to a lot of radio stations.
One of the choices is tp some XM satellite radio stations. Not all of
the XM stations are there and it's all mono and 14.4k. But still you
can sample some of XM's stations. I'm not recommending XM over
Sirius. Just letting you know the stations are there.
It also links to Shoutcast.
