www.IMDB.com says that the charcter Linda Moss for season 1, episodes
12 & 13 will be in Doomsday, Maybe the doctor goes to satalite 5, picks
up Linda Moss and Captain Jack to help fight the Cybermen and Darlaks.
Gotta say I agree there. As wonderful as the show is, the point of
increasing the budget for series 2, and more again for series 3, is that it
was meant to have alien planets. So far we've had 3 eps on another planet,
and 2 of them were a 2 parter. The idea of aliens among us is great, but
sometimes, in sci-fi, we like to see aliens and alien planets and weird and
wonderful landscapes.

Wonder how many Earth based advs the new seasons going to be filled
with. I'm hoping 2/4 out of the 13. It's time for the Doctor to escape
Earth for a time or it'll kill the show.
PLEASE DO leave questions! This is the best way to encourage others
from the series to come and do the same. No other site has this many
celebraties from Doctor Who on their site taking questions! --- In

Just a little something we need to be careful of. If on any YAHOO
group that you belong to, or if you use Yahoo mail, and get a message
saying NEW GRAPHIC SITE, DO NOT OPEN IT! I repeat DO NOT OPEN IT! It
is a virus that will hijack your mailing list and replicate itself
that way. If you should come across that message, DELETE IT ASAP!
Apparently it is only of only three stations in the US
to carry it... but heck this might be a good time to
hassle your own local PBS about bringing it back! The
Sci-Fi Channel airing the new series provides a lot of
free advertising for the old one, one would think.

Wooohooo! One of the reasons I moved to Seattle was Tacoma's PBS want to show Dr Who from Hartnell through McCoy over and over and over and over again. Saddly they had to give the show up last last year but promised they would bring it back if the BBC ever made it available again... and gosh they really mean't it! It's pledge week and today they are showing nothing but Dr Who from 6pm to 10pm!
Yay!

Been wondering how they will handle that meself. We
saw in the past that the 12 regenerations per costumer
thing is in part controled by the Timelords (The
Doctor being offered a "complete new regeration cycle"
in THE FIVE DOCTORS)... maybe now that the Doctor is
the last of 'em there is nothing stopping him from
regenerating past the limit?

Now that we are at number 10, it made me realize that the next few better last a long time cuz the Doc ain't got many left. A timelord can only regenerate 12 times. Unless of course they prove my theory that the Doctor is in fact Rassilon himself.

I sit here in tears, as I do with every regeneration story. This one
however, was the best I have ever seen. It kinda sucks being in
America and knowing so little about what has already been shown in the
UK. I purposefully don't read any posts or news concerning episodes I
haven't seen so that they will always be a surprise to me and thus
enjoying them that much more. It paid off tonight, big time. For some
reason Capt. Jack didn't look as good in this one as he did in the
previous ones though. At least he is alive, I just hope he finds his
way back into the series (and if he does don't tell me about it).
You know Scott I didn't think of that but that is a good idea the only problem with that is the Tardis should be able to translate anything from Gallifrey.

Well it finally aired over here in the states and I loved it. I
purposefully deleted all emails pertaining to this episode and never
read anything about it. It was so worth the wait and there is only
more to come. I have the major hots for Captain Jack now that I have
seen more of him, just hope there is more to see on the DVDs.
I enjoy the shows alot more if I don't read anything about them. Once
I figured out he Daleks were involved it got more intense. There was
no confirmation yet but somehow I knew. Then when they showed Rose
alive I heard the unmistakeable sound of a Dalek ship. The cat was
laying on my chest at the time so I could not jump behind the couch.
Its going to be a really really long 7 days until next Fridays
conclusion, its going to be hell!
Ahh, those were the good days. Late night, either on the weekdays,
or on the weekends, set the VCR, have the tape ready to go, and
watch and enjoy. Now, we have to wait for the Box DVD sets to come
out to get all the info that we missed with the commericals!--- In

Hi Brian, I saw you at The Cavern, enjoyed your interview style immensely.
We saw Strangers On A Train in Cheltenham last week too. Wasn't it excellent? I enjoyed Colin too, he was very good in that part, but Alex Ferns stood out for me, he was amazing, what talent!
Looking fwd to seeing Will Thorp on DW this weekend :-)
Karen (UK).
Hi all,
Just to say HELLO to everyone, and thanks to Seb for setting up another DWO Ya Who Group. I went to see Colin Baker in 'Strangers On A Train' at The Lowry, Salford last night. Excellent show and another compelling performance by Mr Baker (with american drawl!). We had a chat in the bar afterwards, and I took a couple of press pix (as I was doing a press review) - Seb's kindly said he'll post them up. Will Thorp was extremely good in a leading role, and it was good to see the sixth Doctor interrogating a new series actor on stage!
Frontios is the only Davison one I don't have. I had to work that night and forgot to set my VCR.

Welcome to the new group. Why have we moved? I hear you all ask! As you may be aware, some fool hacked into my old yahoo account, and as a result I lost control of the old group. I tried contacting yahoo, who were no help whatsoever.
So here we are, with the added benefit of Polls! Thats right, feature we didnt previously have in the old group, stay tuned to take part in the polls shortly...
If you havn't already done so, Come join our Forums, where you can post to each other, as well as post questions to our Celebrity Doctor Who Guests who include: COLIN BAKER, SOPHIE ALDRED, DEBORAH WATLING, EUGENE WASHINGTON, PETER MILES, JOHN LEVENE, NABIL SHABAN, YEE-JEE TSO, JON OLDER, CRAIG HINTON, PAUL PARSONS & DEZ SKINN.
Enjoy!
Kindest Regards,
