NOW CASTING!

TLC, the network that brought you Trading Spaces and What Not to
Wear, is now casting for a new show in the NYC Tri-State area! We’re
looking for local couples/families (ages 25-45), who are looking to
buy a house in the NY/NJ/CT or Philly!

If you’re actively looking to buy a new place�"maybe your commute is
too long or a baby is on the way and you need more space�"then let us
and former Trading Spaces’ host Doug Wilson find your ideal home.

Do you want to know what it's like to live in a home BEFORE you sign
that mortgage? Now you can try out the house before you buy it! Tell
us what you're looking for in a new home, and we will match you up
with three hot properties.

You get to choose two to “road test.” Spend the night! Cook in the
kitchen, test out the shower, find out if the neighbors are loud,
and see if it really does have enough closet space! You decide if
the house is your dream home, before you make an offer.

TLC is also looking for homes to feature on the program. These homes
must be currently on the market for sale and fully furnished. If you

Applicant Rules
1) We are looking for dynamic people with outgoing personalities who
want to be on television.
2) At this time, we are only looking for applicants who currently
live in THE NEW YORK TRI-STATE AREA (New York, New Jersey,
Connecticut, Philadelphia) AND are looking for a new house in the
New York tri-state area.
3) Applicants must be looking to choose a house within the next
month.
4) Applicants must be over 21.
