I fear you may be bearing the brunt of the frustration I have with the
gay community who are so insistent that he is -- but it supposedly
doesn't matter -- oh, but HE IS -- but it doesn't really matter. Really.

I answered your first post the same way I answered the second one:
No, no one knows. You then came back and insisted he must be, because
he's divorced and you're divorced. And you just *never know* about
these things. *winkwink*

I think Doug could let slip with a video of a sexual encounter with a
woman, and all his gay fans would say, "Oh, he's just doing that
because he's in denial." Like it's not enough that he dates women --
we've seen him make out with two women on Trading Spaces, fercrissakes
-- he's divorced from a woman, he flirts incessently with women. But
none of that matters to gay men.

What I'm trying to say as a straight woman and a fan of his, is that
it really matters little to me if he is gay, because that doesn't make
him unsexy, and I never, ever, ever will have sex with the man anyway.
So if you have a crush on him, crush on him whether he's gay or not.
He seems to enjoy the attention.
