Our Mission: To empower and develop multicultural youth through non-traditional methods mentoring, academics, diverse, and various activities.

Vision: to create environment and a foundation: for young inner-city girls, that will promote intellectual and spiritual growth.

Men Enpil Chaypalou, Inc. (MECPL) is a newly formed organization that was incorporated August 2004 and recently approved as a 501 (c) 3 organization. Although recently incorporated, this organization has a track record of over five years of active involvement within Miami-Dade County as it relates to various youth and family empowerment activities.

The purpose of MECPL is to provide youth enrichment services to inner city girls and teens throughout Miami by way of its DIVER-CITY Girls Club. Such services include mentoring from caring elderly women and responsible women over 21 years old.
