I tried that once with Amazon, trying to get a hold of an old game
(well, mid-1990s isn't that old).

They refused to ship it to me because their policy was that software
was not shipping outside the country due to compatibility issues.

Which was a load of garbage. I got it from them anyway by having
someone in the country receive it and mail it on to me. And it worked.

So, I'm not certain if that policy will stop me ordering the GBA
cartridges if I were to do it.

I need advice (if anyone's ordered GBA cartridges from outside the
country of origin) on how exactly to do it.
