Actually, according to the owner of Robert's Anime Corner,it turns out that
there IS a Region 1 set of season 1! Bob also said that it was released 5 years
ago, but is now out of print. :( (I buy from his store often, so I know for a
fact that he's telling the truth; he has a strict NO BOOTLEG policy. And, no,
I'm not really advertising for him, I'm just naming my source. :D)
