<<For all you guys that didn't see it, or wanna know more about josh, go to
Lifetime TV'sStrong Medicine Site>>

LOL! Saw the subject line and knew you'd seen the show. <g>

Here's the show site address:
http://www.lifetimetv.com/shows/strongmedicine/index.html

Very cool show last night. <g> Highlights for those who missed it (big
sympathy hug for our Canadian listee):

Yes! Josh is *finally* in the opening credits of a show!

He had more lines in this episode than he did in the first four years of B5 put
together.

He's waay too cute with kids. <g> I fell in love with this show over the
lollipop scene.

Peter Riggs definitely doesn't have Corwin's lack of communication skills. ;)
And it looks like he's going to be the character with the sense of humor.

Josh looks a lot like he did in "Providence" if you got to see the ep he was in.
Kinda needs a haircut, but it's a cute kind of scruffy-looking. Very casual
wardrobe. And now he gets to spout medical technobabble instead of space
technobabble. He comes across as a very competent character. Bit of a
goofball, but quite professional in an emergency.

I really think I'm gonna like this show. :)

Ossian
and yeah, I taped it too <g>

I now know, why i'm so in love with josh(currently going as Josh Coxx). Damn he's a better actor than i thought. Not that he's bad, or average, but man.

Peter Riggs(the man we all should want)
here's his job discription:
RN(registered Nurse)
MID-WIFE(whoa)
herbalist
acupuncturist(ouch)
master foot masseur
And his colleagues call him an american gigalo and a romeo. (I can see why).

For all you guys that didn't see it, or wanna know more about josh, go to Lifetime TV'sStrong Medicine Site

Thank god i taped it. Okay byee

ciao

Woohoo, i get to see josh, no more DT's. One problem, when x-files starts, i'll have to choose and plus i'm not getting cable when i go to college. Looks like i better have my mom tape it for me in the fall. I'll worry later. Now all i have to do is find a blank tape so i can tape it.

I just caught a commercial for "Strong Medicine" and I'm pretty sure there
was a sliver of a shot of Josh. :) It premieres on Lifetime tomorrow
(Sunday) night. Tvguide.com has him listed as playing a character named
Peter Riggs and it looks like he's being listed as a permanent cast member.
Boy, it would be nice to see his name in the *opening* credits of a show for
once. <g>

Hello!

Well, I was at convention last weekend, and I must say it turned out to be
some fun. They do a LOT of panels at Toronto Trek, and I was fortunate
enough to sit on something like 7. Most of them were B5, and it was great
fun, cause I continually got to bring up your favorite and mine - Lt
Corwin! It was interesting to hear non-fan ideas of the character,
everything from naive and unworthy of command, to the every man, some
praise, but mostly negetive :-( It was up to me to defend him... but it ws
a losing battle, at least on the one panel "The Fools of B5".....
Ah well, here's hoping he'll be a guest next year...
Alison
PS, I must say, altough I'm both a Trek and B5 fan, B5ers make the best
guests of honour.

Given the nature of this list I figure that y'all are going to be my best
source. I've got three Corwin-centric fics on my webpage now (just put up a new
one last night). Since I'm being so horribly slow about getting new ones
written I thought that I might try archiving other people's stories if Corwin
appears as a relatively major character. If you have any stories or know of any
that should be included, please submit them or let me know where to find them so
I can contact the authors. Thanks. :)

Sorry about the bad typo i completely missed when i was editing.. the ice queen thing should have been, "and we thought ivanova was an ice queen" ( i was making a comparision of ivanova and lochley). But in hindsight(which is always 20-20) he probably did think she was one on a few occassions.

I wish i could have someone beta read my e-mails, before i send them.

How about all of them. i like the ones you mentioned, but what about "in
the day of the Dead" where he's messing with that hat. Aww how cute. Or
the love bat scene? Or when he meets lochley for the first time, and when
thought ivanova was an ice queen?!?

When he thought Ivanova was an ice queen? what happened there? I'm
drawing a blank....

hey on another note, i heard that Josh just started filming a new TV seris
for the liffetime channel, called "strong Medicine" he's a semi regular
character. And like, whoopie goldberg stars in it. though i haven't found
any place that can confirm it.

Wow, I hope its not one of those 'false internet rumours' it would be great
to see him on tv again regularly... I also hope we get the station up in
Ontario :-)

I kinda like the scenes where he's a bit of a wise guy. Like "A Day in the
Strife" when he mutters "There goes my faith in the Almighty." Or in
"GROPOS" when he points out that "there is no night in deep space and time is
a meaningless concept, when you stop to think about it." And although I
really disliked most of "River of Souls", I did like the "...if they move
shoot 'em. If they don't move, shoot twice, they're probably hiding
something." Smart-aleck *and* paranoid. Ivanova would be so proud. ;)

Yeah, I haven't seen the poor guy anywhere.. someone mentioned he was on
Providence, I must have missed it. Hopefully he'll get some sort of break
soon.

I checked out your page - its great!

I must admit that I like him for pretty much the same reasons. Of course
there's the cuteness factor, but as well, its good to see someoe who is
real. He hasn't died and come back to life. He hasn't changed species.
He hasn't seen what a lot of them have seen. Yet he's thrust into these
great battles and away from his home... overall its he who *real pople* can
relate to.
