Axemakers lecture (1991)   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #77 of 220 |
Hello all,

Newbie here.

I am writing to inquire about any evidence (or
transcripts if I'm lucky) on a lecture by James Burke
I attended in San Francisco on an October weekend in
1991. I was seventeen and so excited I might as well
have been going to see my favourite musical performer.
I mention the excitement because it disabled my memory
of the evening to the point of now wishing I could
afford a hypnotist to reinstate the events from the
back to the front of my mind.

Mainly, though strangely, this is research for a book
I'm doing (fiction), much of which takes place in 1991
and I feel it may be vital to the evenings'
description I'm putting together to have the
information (other than my own curiousity). Could anyone
lead me to anywhere online or offline where I might
find information on this particular lecture? I *think*
it was held at the Masonic Auditorium and I *think* it
was entitled "Axemakers Of The Twenty-First Century".

Thank you all very much,

D. Wor
