Somehow I think it was rigged. A friend of mine
were just joking around when we were discussing BC and
women seemed to be winning these kinds of shows now.
It's just a theory. But to Wolf. The only reason he
lost is because he couldn't improve his time on just
one event! And that's because Whitlow didn't try the
first time and did this time. The whole thing made me
mad. All he needed was one stupid vote. I can't
believe not one of them voted for him.
Well let's face it. Men and women are built
differently, and they cannot expect to compete against
eachother because it is simply unfair and unbalanced. For
example, men having more upper-body strenth, while women
are built heavier in the hip area because of pregancy
and what-not.
Greetings all.....It is my opinion that WOLF
should have won Boot Camp, and it is not just because my
name happens to be Wolff....LOL......just that he
showed he had the intensity and integrity to win all of
those physical challenges. So what if he was
arrogant???? At least he had self confidence.......I am
disapointed with the results....
I just feel like Wolf putt in all that hard work
and effort to win, and in the end it didn't amount to
shit. I mean, Whitlow was weak, she wasn't as good as
Wolf, and she wasn't honest. She said millions of times
she wanted Wolf gone, but then she would tell him
that they were best friends and all. I just don't like
dishonest ppl. What really made me mad was Pupo. She is a
totally B with an Itch!!! She if she would of just
flipped the coin the other way, Wolf would of won! Darn
her!<br>~MaR
True But why did Moretty and Yaney fell that the only way to get even with wolf
is to screw him on the final dissmissal hill? Besides the rules of that is not
fair anyways.
On one of their missions when Wolf lost the
D-Ring, they won but they didn't find out about the
D-Ring until after they were rewarded and then they had
to do a lot of physical excercise for their
punishment. It involved Wolf, Moretty, and Yaney, but no one
still really knows exactly what happened, as one of the
DIs said.
I am a Wolf fan...but I truthfully think the
other Recruits felt bad for Whitlow and thats why they
voted for her. Wolf totally beat her in the Gauntlet
and Whitlow musta felt kind of bad right? Wolf didn't
steal the D-ring, they just blamed it on him for an
excuse...blah
I really wanted Wolf to win. I mean, Whitlow
kinda just hid back in the crowd, wasn't really
herself, and didn't really show who she was. Wolf wasn't
affraid of being who he was, and showing up self to
everyone. Plus, he was better, period. I mean, it showed in
the Guantlet and it showed every mission. The only
thing that sucks is this: Everyone said that the reason
they chose Whilow is cus of the 'D' ring incident, but
that is the once eppy I missed! Out of all of em, I
had to miss the most important one! Can someone tell
me why everyone was so mad at Wolf?<br>~MaR
Men and women are intrisically different and
therefore, the average women is not going to be able to keep
up with the average man. That is just a fact of life
because we are made differently. However, in reference to
what the show was about -- I beg to differ with you!
If the show had only been about who was the
strongest, then there would have been no dismissal hill, no
voting, and definately no conspiracies. It would have
been a show about contests. But it wasn't, was it?
Whether you like it or not, the show was based not only
on who was tough, but also who could get along and
strategize the best.<br>Therefore, Wolf was the weakest in
this game. Strength is not only based on physical
power!
This show wasn't billed as being about being nice
to each other, it was advertised as being about the
STRONGEST winning!<br><br>The only thing this show proved
is that the majority of average prissy American
women can not keep up with men. This show is all the
proof we need to show that the only way women can keep
up with men in combat units is to set easier
standards for them.
I think Pupo was being stupid whenever she was up
there, she's not nice at all and I can see why she only
lasted 2 weeks into the game. She wrong about none them
being team players, because most of them are.
Wolf not winning just goes to show you that if
you're consistantly a jerk to people, you're gonna get
what's coming to. I thought it was ABSOLUTELY wonderful
that every one of the recruits picked Whitlow over
Wolf. What goes around comes around and he got his! How
wonderful that finally justice is served!
My son just finished the real Marine Corp Boot
Camp and he said alot of times, they don't say words,
they grunt, and make "music" while they march. Each
Platoon has a leader and they are the ones that call the
cadance, making it fun for everyone!
"in fact though, wolf should've won, but he got
jipped badly during the "Haar's Heartbreak" gauntlet
challenge... he really shouldv'e won all the gauntlet even and
the game though... although whitlow seems more
deserving, wolf's actually been a recruit the entire game
and he's good at it and didn't tire for a
second..."<br><br>I agree about Wolf. He should have won the game as
he won the gauntlet. Withholding information about
the D-ring incident to the 6 taken-off recruits cost
him (and Fox 29). Whitlow was courageous and
determined but overall, Wolf put forth 110% in the entire
game and played very well and therefore he deserved to
win. Unlike Colby from Survivor 2 who was strong only
physically, Ryan was strong physically, mentally and
strategically. He has won Boot Camp IMO. <br><br>Ryan Wolf - you
are the STRONGEST link!
congrats to whitlow for pulling this off!!! who
woulda though that she gets ALL six votes from her
recruits!?!?!? bet wolf feels pissed that he lost $500,000 cause
of a d-ring incident... <br><br>honestly, i was
really rooting for whitlow to win this one because
personally, i hated wolf frum around the first or second
episode... in fact though, wolf should've won, but he got
jipped badly during the "Haar's Heartbreak" gauntlet
challenge... he really shouldv'e won all the gauntlet even and
the game though... although whitlow seems more
deserving, wolf's actually been a recruit the entire game
and he's good at it and didn't tire for a second...
<br><br>pupo's speech was hilarious... "Yeah, um, I don't really
care about the whole fucking game guys, so I flipped a
coin and deprived Wolf of $500,000! See
yuh!"<br><br>and katharine, HAH, no wonder nobody mentioned her
name for the rest of the series till now, and when
they do, they blatantly point out the fact that she
quit without even trying and thus doesn't get to vote
as part of the jury... good for the DI's to point
her out... unlike debb frum survivor, i wouldn't be
surprised or even lose sleep if the media verbally rapes
her for her premature dismissal... kudos to whitlow
for showing all that it means to make an effort when
doing something... if at first you don't succeed, try
again.... sixty-something times... that course itself is
unfair because if, during the first time, whitlow
performed like she did, then she wouldv'e easily won one or
two more sets of dog tags, but what can u do!? she
won anyways...<br><br>altogether, it wuz an ALRIGHT
series, compared to survivor and some of the other
reality TV shows... unfortunately though, i probably
won't watch it again... but then again, i'm probably
lying... who WOULDN'T want to see a bunch of Americans
actually working their asses off for money?! (hehe, JUST
KIDDING!)... anyways, i'm out o' here... didn't talk much but
that's aiight... til' next season!, lates
evry1!<br><br>~~~heatblades~~~
That's what I hear for that particular stanza, so
I think you've got that part right. If you've seen
my earlier messages, I'm trying to find out what the
first three phrases are at the very beginning, when all
you hear is marching. It's "left (something)....right
(something)...about (something)...forward, march". A couple of people
at work think it's "left face...right face...etc"
but others, including me, don't agree with that
because to us, the second word each time sounds like it
has 3 syllables and has one or even two "r's" in it,
which doesn't fit with "face" at all. If you've got any
ideas on what THOSE words are, please let me know! FYI,
you can hear the opening them by going to the
"offical" website at
<a href=http://www.lmnotv.com/new/shows/bc/bc_master.htm
target=new>http://www.lmnotv.com/new/shows/bc/bc_master.htm</a><br>The theme
will play on the homepage, once it gets all
loaded up.
Please do! This is becoming a point of
frustration here at work. We've got a couple people saying
it's "left face...right face...about face..." and
others saying there's no way you can turn the word
"face" into a 3-syllable word with at least one
"R"-sound in it, which is what I hear when I listen to it!
Also, if you go to the "official" Bootcamp website, the
opening them will play, so you could go listen to it
there too if you want. The URL is
<a href=http://www.lmnotv.com/new/shows/bc/bc_master.htm
target=new>http://www.lmnotv.com/new/shows/bc/bc_master.htm</a>
what are the words for the opening song? i think
part of it is "i don't care what i've been told, i'm
gonna get my pile of gold." or something like that. if
anyone has all the words, please let me know.
McSweeney is doing a chat with Bootcampdis.com
this Tuesday May 22nd...(which is tomorrow!) I thought
I would let everyone know. I believe they are
suppose to hold the chat at the webmaster's Yahoo Club,
so make sure to check it out.... <br><br>his club
isn't listed on the Boot Camp area but here is the
link! JOIN! and all questions about the chat should be

Recently, RealityTVfans.com gave me the
opportunity to interview Jen Moretty. The transcript of my
interview is available exclusively at www.realitytvfans.com
Here are some of the questions I asked...<br><br>Do
you think that the TV Show adequately represents what
actually happened at Boot Camp? <br><br>Did the injuries
that seemed to appear constantly throughout the show
change the scope of the game in any way? <br><br>Mark
Meyer was made to look like a troublemaker from the get
go. What was your opinion of Mark during the show?
Did this opinion change at all after you watched the
show? <br><br>Was there much confusion due to the fact
that Alfonso Moretti's last name was phonetically the
same as yours? <br><br>After watching The Gauntlet, do
you think that you could have taken Ryan Wolf on in
the events? <br><br>How, exactly, did Recruit Lemon
factor into the scope of the game? Did his involvement
end when David was dismissed? <br><br>For the answers

I am very upset with these "most improved" events in the Gauntlet, in which
Whitlow has an advantage. Wolf had shorter times for these which makes him go
even harder to win.
WHITLOW!!!!!!!! Man i absolutely love her..i wish i would have known about this
club earlier...Boot Camp is the best reality show on TV....lets all pull for
WHITLOW..she's from my hometown-Charlotte.
It looks like Wolf is going to win so far. But
Whitlow could get the votes from the discharged recruits.
I don't care who wins, I'm going for both of them.
I'd just like to see Whitlow win some too. She's only
won one obstacle so far.
I sure hope someone can clear this up...ever
since this show started, we've been tryin to figure out
what the first few phrases are that you hear during
the opening theme music. To several of us, it sounds
like "Left raider...right raider...about
raider...forward march!". Now, I know that doesn't make any sense,
but that's what three of us at work think it sounds
like. One of my ex-military friends says it's just
"left face, right face, about face", but those words
after "left", "right", and "about" sound like they're 3
syllables, with at least one "r" in them, so I don't see how
the following word can be "face". For awhile, I
thought it might be "shoulder", kind of like in "left
shoulder arms", but now I don't think that's right either.
WHAT THE HECK ARE THOSE PHRASES SAYING??!!
