Doesn't look good to be honest. Every so often talk of a Prisoner
movie seems to reach a boiling point, then talk dies down.

Personally, I'm unsure. After all, Priz's relative contemporaries
such as 'The Saint' and 'The Avengers' have had films that have been
critically panned. There is something about trying to distill a
1960s TV show and then giving it a 1990s/21st century make over, then
stretching it to a film format that means the finished product will
either alienate fans of the original text, the casual cinema goer, or
both.
