Bat-greetings. Jackie, I'm really pleased that
you like the photo's so much. I'm really enjoying
being a member of such a friendly club and getting the
opportunity to talk Bats with like-minded people.
Best
Bat-wishes, Ant.
Hi Ant,

WOW!!!!! Your photos are really
cool i'm
going to look at soem more later I love
your photos thanks so much for adding them. Hey
do

you mind sending me a Batman and
Robin pic i'd
sure appreciate it if you have soem.
You can email
em at Jcschmitt@... I love that
quote LOL
Some day's you just can't get rid of a bomb. I agree
totally great stuff in that movie I
loved it. If you
wouldn't mind sending me a couple
of Batman and Robin
pics that be so cool. I'm
going ot be getting some
soon I can't wait to get mine. Thanks.

Jackie
Dear Jackie and Tracy, you are both quite right
about John Astin being no Riddler. Frank Gorshin made
that part his own and no one can fill those shoes.
However, I do think that Astin might have made a good
villain in his own right if the producers could have
found another character for him to play. The Scarecrow,
perhaps? Any suggestions for a new villain that you think
he might have better been suited to?
Bat-wishes,
Ant.
Hi Jackie,I've posted a picture of Batman with
the bomb in the photo's section. Remember the quote:
"Some day's you just can't get rid of a bomb!" Another
favourite scene from the movie is the discussion about
alchohol abuse between Batman and Robin as they climb a
wall. Great stuff!
Bat-wishes, Ant
Hi Anthony,

I'm with you I adore the 1966
movie Batman I loved it. I love the shark scene part
too. That
movie was really good i haven't seen it
in a while. It was so cool that they had all of the
villians together in the movie. I just might hunt
that
movie down. I remember another part of the movie when
batman was trying ot get rid of a bomb he couldn't get
rid of it there were too many people in the way and
he didn't want to throw it
in the water where the
baby ducks were. I lvoe
this movie.

Jackie
I adore this movie - particularly the shark
sequence! I can still remember going to the cinema with my
grandpa to see it. It was so exciting seeing Batman on
the big screen and in colour too! (Colour TV didn't
really arrive in Britain until the early 1970's).
I
think that I am the only person on the planet who liked
the George Clooney movie. I 'got' what they were
trying to do with the garish colours and Clooney's
stilted lines - they were trying to recreate the camp
humour of the '60's movie. Trouble was, they held back
from going all the way with the idea. If they had used
the Nelson Riddle theme tune and added a few 'biffs'
and 'pows', people would have got it and maybe that
film might have been a success. What do you think
gang?
Bat-wishes, Anthony
Well,
Riddler is ok but my best and fav
villian is the Joker. No one could that his place and to
me, was the best. Frank as the Riddler was ok but it
was worse when that fat guy from the Adams family
came to be the riddler. Shamed the name! And also,
what about catwoman. She got closer to Batman than
anyone ever did. She had the best crimes and the best
traps.
-Ronica
dude,
everything comes out of the belt. If it
was a whale and a shark and an eel, he would have
that replent too. Hey, don't bag on my movie, it is ok
but not like the series. Also, dont you dare compare
this movie to the other Batman movies because they
suck more than this one.
-Ronica
aint mad at
you, your own opioin. Just proving a point!
I went to Blockbuster last night and rented the
Batman 1967 movie. This movie is so cheesy bad. There
was one scene where Batman was fighting witht he
Shark, where in the heck did Batman get Shark Replent?

I love this movie.
Amen-The Riddler was far the best villian. Gorshin played the role to a t. He
looked snappy in his green suits with the jackets that had the question marks.
CLASSICS
Hi Jackie, Hi fellow Bats. Oh yeah – The Riddler!
He’s the one Bat-villain that I would be really scared
to meet in real-life. Frank Gorshin played him with
a real edgeiness, you never quite knew how far The
Riddler would go. Remember the scene in ‘Hi Diddle
Riddle’ where The Riddler is leaning over Robin with a
scalpel – I still find that creepy! I think that Frank
Gorshin was sadly under-rated as an actor and he deserved
to be a much bigger star than he was.
Bat-wishes,
Anthony
Hi again! I've added a drawing of Batman I drew for my son to the default
Bat-album. Plus some of my favourite Bat-photo's. Hope you like them.
Best
Bat-wishes, Anthony
Hi Anthony and fellow batfans here,

My
favorite villian is The Riddler. I like
The Bookworm
too. Followed by The Catwoman adn
The Joker I also
like King tut too. I remember that episode that was
cool. I agree great stuff
in that episode. Glad your
2 year old son is re-
discovering Batman with
you. Glad to see some
conversation starting here
too. And i'm going to
get a new club pic soon i
know his one didn't turn out to well it's kind of
blurry but I hope
to get a new pic soon.

Jackie
Hi fellow Bat-fans, nice to meet you all. Can I
ask you all who your favourite villain's are? To get
the ball rolling, mine is King Tut as played by
Victor Buono. He was wonderful, the way he used to
delight in his own villainy. My fave King Tut episode is
'I'll Be A Mummy's Uncle'when Tut and his henchmen
discover the Batcave during a nefarious mining scheme.
Also, the episode's Bat-fight taking place on Batman's
own turf (so to speak)appeals to me too. Great
Stuff!
I have a two year old son (Richard), and it is
great rediscovering Batman with him and seeing it
through a child's eyes again as I did back in the
Sixties.
Best wishes, Anthony
Hi Ronica,

I wish I had more info on when
Batman is
coming to USA Network they say not until
around
2001 but I heard that it could come on USA
as
possibly as earlier than that I certainly hope
so. Oh I
love the episode when Catwoman turns
Robin evil
I'd have to say that's my second favorite episode. I
like the Joker too the Riddler
was defiantely my
favorite. Darn i missed the Brotherly love episode I've
never watched the
show at all would of been cool
though. Can't wait
for Batman to come to the USA
Network.

Jackie
Dude, thanks for agreeing! I hear about the USA
network picking up the Batman series? Any info? Oh, that
Brotherly Love episode was funny and just because it had
the batmoblie, I had to watch it. Other than that,
can't stand those brothers! An answer to your question,
I like the clockking eposide but i have to purrfer
the one where miss kitty turns Robin evil. I can't
stand Dick Grayson so purpy and Happy. Kinda nice to
see him beat the life out of Batman. Werid but true.
My fav Hero- Robin. Myfav villian(guys)- Joker. i
love cesar romero in Zorro and Batman. My fav
villian(girl)- Catwoman. The first one. Any one seen the older
Batman, before this one? Like year 1950? KIT and peace
out.
-Ronica
Hi Everyone,

Ok let's get the ball

yet but
I sure hope it comes on soon since SciFi
has
dropped it. Can't wait for Batman on the

Hello, Hello everyone. Yet again, it is
I...Faoclya...with another pearl of wisdom (hehe jk) I don't really
have much to say, but I wanted to end my day online
with this uplifting little note: Bat-clubs are COOL!
If you have any friends who like Batman and Robin
also, or if you're a non-member reading this, join up!
You'll learn something about an awesome show, once we
get enough interested club members chatting. I'm sure
Jackie, (who seemed very nice in her e-mail :-D), the
club founder, would like as many members as possible!
And so do I! Cause I'm ready for some Bat-Chat! hehe
So join up, it'll be fun!!! <3 (and if you're
already a member, sorry this was kinda a pointless post
for ya, it won't happen again...<3)

Love
