A rare photo of Heyes and Curry from 1971 has been added to the
website, plus several TV Guide ads picturing Ben.
See it all at:
http://www.asjcollection.com
As always, if you don't see the new items, refresh/reload the page in
your browser.

Some interesting and rare items, sent by several people, have been
added to:
http://www.asjcollection.com
There'll be more rare photos in the coming weeks as my time permits.
The update is already on the website's server. If you don't see it,
try refreshing/reloading your browser or dumping your cache.
Carolyn
The website has been updated with some collecting stamps from the
1970s, a rare interview with Ben, and interesting photos of Geoffrey
Deuel. Also, you can try out our new AS&J Concentration game. All at:
http://www.asjcollection.com
In addition, I encourage you to be wary of purchasing items over eBay
and elsewhere that may have been produced directly from files on the
AS&J Collection website. Feel free to contact me at asjcollection @
asjcollection.com (remove spaces in e-mail address)if you think that
something is suspect. Not only is there a quality issue, but the
website has always been a place where fans freely share with other
fans in a non-profit manner. I don't want to see the website to turn
into a money-making venture for a few people who probably aren't even
fans!
BTW, the update's files have already been loaded to the server. If
you don't see them, your browser's cache (or else your ISP's cache)
has the older files saved in it. Just click your browser's
Refresh/Reload button and you should see the updated files.

Plus, we're discussing "The Great Shell Game" on the message board.

Some of Dawn's great new photos, an interesting Spanish article
translation from Wild Dreamer, and a clipping from me have been added to
http://www.asjcollection.com
Also, our episode discussions continue on the message board with
"Wrong Train to Brimstone". As usual, plus other discussions are also
underway. Feel free to join us.

Some rare and interesting international items have been added to:
http://www.asjcollection.com
Also, we have now discussed all 50 AS&J episodes on the site's message
board. We've just started over and are again discussing the AS&J
pilot. Feel free to join us!
The website update is already loaded in the site's server. (I never
announce an upgrade until after it's gone to the server.) If you
don't see the updated files, you're looking at a cached version and
should try a refresh or reload on your browser.

This week we have a great collage, an interesting interview, plus

Some interesting new items, including one of Ben's first interviews
for the show, have been added to:
http://www.asjcollection.com
Also, TV page summaries sent by a fan have been added to many of the
episodes being discussed on the site's Message Board.
August 8 is the website's 4th birthday and there are still new items
coming in (although, of course, not as frequently as in the past). To
see a couple of great photos, go to:

The AS&J Collection website and message board are temporarily down
because of connectivity issues. There's been a failure in the
internet's wiring/cabling infrastructure in the city where the site's
server resides. It isn't known when the server will again be able to
talk to the outside world. It may not be until tomorrow. But, we
shall eventually return.
Carolyn
For this month, there's a wide variety of interesting new stuff on
Pete, Ben, Roger, and Geoff at:
http://www.asjcollection.com
AS&J episode discussions are also continuing on the site's new message
board.
Carolyn
There's an interesting new item added to:
http://www.asjcollection.com
Just one thing, but putting it together took a full update's worth of
time so other items will have to wait until next week or later.
Also, the episode discussions are now up to "The Men Who Corrupted
Hadleyburg".
Have a good weekend,
Carolyn
An interesting article and some great photos have been added to:
http://www.asjcollection.com
However, you won't be able to access the website until your ISP
updates its database and is able to find the site at its new hardware.
Some people are already able to access the website, but for others it
may take a few more days or even a week.
Carolyn
To counter a denial of service attack, the AS&J Collection website was
moved to new hardware by the service provider. This is a major upgrade
which will, in the future, make access times faster.
However, when websites change hardware, it often takes a few days for
all of the domain name servers (DNS) throughout the world to realize
this. The service provider says that most of us will not be able to
access the AS&J Collection website again for a minimum of 72
hours--until Monday. And, because that is a minimum, it will be even
longer for some. However, the website files are fine, as is this
message board, and I even expect to have an upgrade prepared by Monday.
