Okay... so they definitely are premiering new episodes in other countries before
they come out in the USA. PBS really dropped the ball somewhere.

I've found a few YouTube links. The video quality isn't really good, though.

Season 12 was in 16:9 too (on BBC). I don`t know about the rest of the seasons. It`s probably going to show as 4:3 on local channels though....
