Angel's David Boreanaz and boob-tube beach bunny Jaime
Bergman got hitched over the holidays in Palm Springs,
as you may have heard. However, what you probably
haven't been told yet is there are plans already in
place on the set of the bride's day job (that being
the Baywatch-spoofing Son of the Beach, of course) for
Bergman's character to become pregnant--so say beachy
sources.

(Smutty aside, if you'll allow me: Jaime-doll plays
lifeguard/model B.J. Cummings, dammit, the name I'd
planned to use for my pseudonymous erotica.)

"Yes, I'm aware of the plot changes to her show," said
a rep for Boreanaz, "and I do believe Jaime's
pregnant. We've all been talking about it, I know

Conveniently, papa-to-be D.B. has just become a
vampire sire on Angel. Ain't life in Hollywood the

The effervescent former Playboy pinup is a buxom (and
then some) 5-foot-5 babe who has never before been
married. The somewhat brooding 6-foot-1 star of
Valentine and the upcoming I'm with Lucy was hitched
once before, to a social worker.

Welcome to the Angel's Secrets Group! I would like to
thank each of you for signing up.

My big news this week is that my local TV station -
FOX to be specific - has moved their WB programming to
an exclusive digital cable system that isn't available
where I live. That's right, I can't watch Angel like a
lucky normal person. I am desperately trying to find a
good source for Angel tapes. I hope to have "Fredless"
and "Billy by the end of this week. I will post my
reviews of them as soon as I can.

Opie's dad on Angel? We thought he looked familiar!
The old body-switching man in the episode, "Carpe
Noctem" is actually Rance Howard, father of acclaimed
director/actor Ron Howard (aka Opie Taylor, aka
Ritchie Cunningham). Seems acting, and the whole
business, is in the genes! The elder Howard has been
appearing in films since 1955, the year after little
Ronnie was born. His resume is long and
semi-illustrious, appearing in such films as
"Chinatown," mainly in parts called "Irate Farmer" or
"Minister." Most recently Rance played "Elderly
Timekeeper" in his son's flick "How the Grinch Stole
Christmas," and can also be seen in the upcoming
"Spiderman" as "Man in Street."

Who's David Boreanaz with? We know what David Boreanaz
did last summer-besides getting engaged. He shot a
little flick called "I'm With Lucy." DB recently told
hollywood.com, that the film was shot in Miami. The
gist of the movie is about a group of guys who are all
after one woman. David plays a creepy orthopedic
surgeon/home decorator. It also stars funny men
Anthony LaPaglia and Harold Ramis. Originally titled
"I'm With Kate," (which just doesn't have that ring
does it…?) the flick is slated to be released Summer
of 2002. We can hardly wait!

Late night chatter: Angel himself was on the Late Late
Show with Craig Kilborn September 21st. Craig teased
David about his pick-up line for fiancé Jaime Bergman
("Son of the Beach"), who he met at a party. David
admitted the line was "Wanna get a beer?" and was
forced to read worse pickup lines during the show. He
put on very groovy red-tinted glasses to read the
other lines which included "wanna get a Zima." Also,
he said is marriage to Jaime was delayed due to the
terrorist attack but would take place very soon.
