Nope not the same Randy Jackson, the one on the show was the bass player for
the group Journey. Thats how he got his fame pretty much.

brother or any relation? I heard them say that one of Michaels brothers name is
Randy, so I am wondering if it is him.
And is he a singer or what is he that he is a judge on the show?
