information [including
music] and check out the character information too...
there's some great agent profiles courtesy of abc.
First of all, the clifhangers are half the fun.
Second, I loved the chase...very nicely done. Anna could
be a good recurring villian. <br><br>I am not even
going to hazard a guess what's in the case. But I can't
wait to find out.
Hi leonnonmurphy3000,<br><br>Thanks for your post. I too, have found Alias to be
very refreshing... JJ Abrahams is an excellent creator and this is definitely
one of my favorites as well. :0)
Hello, I am new.<br>Love the show. Its one of my favorites of the
season.<br>Love Felicity too.<br>I see the actor who plays Sean on Felicity also
has a part on Alias.
Other than Buffy, Angel, and several other shows,
most television isn't worth the time. How refreshing
it was to watch an intelligent and thought-provoking
series with a fiercely independent heroine. Jennifer
Garner embodies all that is the thinking man's woman in
her amazing portrayal of Sydney Bristow. The scripts
crackle with the electricity of knowledge and brilliance.
These writers have affection for their characters and
it shows. No doubt about it, J.J. Abrams has crafted
a spy series that doesn't play tired old cliches'
as its own. It's my new favorite show of the fall
season and it's outstanding.<br><br>I look forward to
discussing the show with all of you!<br><br>Thanks for your
time!
Sydney's life is placed in mortal danger when
she’s sent to Madrid to retrieve a 500-year-old sketch
that contains a set of numbers – oddly resembling
modern day digital machinery code – and meets up with
her deadly nemesis, K-Directorate agent Anna
Espinosa.<br><br>Meanwhile, Will delves deeper into the cause of Danny's
death and discovers a very strange anomaly; Francie is
convinced that her boyfriend is cheating on her; and flames
of passion begin to awkwardly spark between Sydney
and Will.
I think you did a good job on your Alias web
site, Felicity. I enjoy Alias, it's the best new show I
have seen this fall. It's fast paced, fun, and well
cast. I'm glad to hear that the ratings have been good.
Let's hope they stay that way.
Yesterday's episode was great... JJ Abrahams is
truly a genius. <br><br>So It
Begins...<br><br>Clutching a stolen satchel, Sydney is dodging bullets and
racing from French guards at the Machlet Corporation.
Taking the nearest elevator, she punches the ceiling out
and pulls herself out the top. Climbing the cables,
she escapes onto the street to a waiting
limo...<br><br><a href=http://www.lisachan.ca/alias/episode2.html

Sydney accidentally gives SD-6 access to a nuclear weapon, forcing her to head
to Cairo and take on a dangerous foe. Will questions the circumstances
surrounding Danny's death.
Hello Everyone!<br><br>I added a URL to the links section! <br><br>It is the
ALIAS Fans Forum which is a discussion site. <br><br>It will be
fun...:~)<br><br>IansGrl
I couldn't believe that they killed her fiancee
either! But I guess it wasn't the CIA she was working for
anyway... <br><br>Once again, I'm very impressed and
looking forward to the rest of the season.
It was a great episode... here goes: [taken from
alias.tktv.net]<br><br>We learn how Sydney Bristow, now a graduate student,
was recruited while still in college to work for a
covert divison of the CIA called SD-6. Sydney's doctor
boyfriend, Danny, proposes marriage, and her female best
friend, Franice, is thrilled for her, while her male best
friend, Will, is disappointed. Sydney realizes that if
she's going to build a life with Danny, he has to know
the truth about her, so she tells him about SD-6.
While she is in Taiwan for work, Danny leaves a drunken
message on her answering machine, making it clear to the
SD-6 spooks listening in that he knows what Sydney
does. When Sydney get home, she finds her fiance dead
in his apartment. She takes three months off from
work, and when it becomes clear to SD-6 that she has no
intention of returning to work, they decide she is a risk
and send agents to kill her. She escapes with help
from her father, whom she originally thought worked in
airplane part exporting. Her dad admits that he, too,
works for SD-6, and SD-6 is not a covert branch of the
CIA, but is actually the enemy. Sydney runs from both
SD-6 and her father, and manages to steal a new
technology from Taiwan that she knows SD-6 wants. She
delivers the technology to her boss, Sloane, to prove that
she's back on the job, and then turns herself over to
the CIA as a double-agent. She gets one more surprise
when she finds out that her father is working as a
similar double-agent between the two organizations.
When I watched last night, I could not believe
that they killed her man off right away. But I guess
if you work for the CIA and no must know that you do
- you'll be terminated. I think her attitude will
be get the job and ask questions later or kill first
than ask questions later.<br><br>The show looks great
and I hope the storylines have a ton of
action.<br><br>What's everyone think so far?
I only caught the last 10 minutes but I liked it.
I didn't even know abc had a new show. I really
liked it and will make sure to see it next week. So,
could someone tell me the whole story line of last
night?
she 'totally pops'. <br><br>this show became my
favorite a few minutes into the pilot. i'm hooked. thanks
