I recently received an email from somone in this group about
Grouply. I do not know this person, nor are they on my IM list, nor
have they ever posted to me here. Laura H., do not spam me again.
This is a copy of a message from another Yahoo! Group concerning
Grouply. Since obviously it now effects this group, I thought I'd
share. The rest of this post is a copy of that message, I have
included the author's ID and name they use in this particular group
at the bottom.
RE: [Best_Fanfiction] My list of Yahoo Groups :)
I apologise in advance if this warning has already been posted here
but as I received a Grouply invite from a member of this
group I felt I had to share this.
_____________________________
There is a message going out to different Yahoo Groups advertising
and suggesting that you join a new group called GROUPLY. This group
claims to help manage all your Yahoo groups and you will get a
summary, at the end of the day, telling you what is going on in all
your groups.
IF YOU JOIN THIS GROUP, they use your Yahoo ID and password to
post "mass mailings" (can be junk, can be porn) and send them to
anyone, and since it's YOUR ID they are using, others will think it
is coming from you.
For instance, you could get an email CLAIMING that it came
from "amystica3" Yahoo group and it really is not from this group. I
could get an email, with this mass mailing, claiming it came from me,
and it would NOT have been from me.
Again, IF YOU HAVE JOINED THIS GROUP called "GROUPLY" IMMEDIATELY
leave Grouply.
Then go into your account at: http://groups. yahoo.com/ mygroups and
change your password. Some groups have posted that this will help.
Unsubbing from that group won't make a difference (but I think you
will want to then possibly rejoin) but you
DO NEED TO CHANGE YOUR YAHOO PASSWORD.
By joining this group you have also exposed all your groups, group
members and group leaders to hacking of their emails and group
information.
Because of this problem, some groups are removing all members with a
email grouply.com.
This is the only way to protect all the members.
This is how Identity theft gets going.
They now have your real email, your yahoo emails, any emails listed
in your yahoo group and can mail as you - in and out of the yahoo
groups.
I hope you understand what is happening - and will take precautions
to protect your Yahoo ID.
I have also heard that www.grouply. com sells your information once
they have it."

I was not to happy with the new Knight Rider either... But I loved the
original show. Anyway I hear that the new KR is going to be premiering
sometime this month. As for my feelings on the new AW... I would love
to just stick with the original one... seasons 1 -3... I did not like
4 at all.
Have a great day!

Hi all its nice to have a email from you not had a email for some time from the group. It would be nice to bring back airwolf with the first cast as the later was well i stopped watching it. Im in the uk england yours Venatrix
YES! I was saying the same thing when I saw that they're bringing back the failed bringing back of Knight Rider. LOL Remember that new version flopped last year.
At any rate, I agree, a new Airwolf can use the terrorism angle, maybe have SinJin be lost in Somalia (the lost "Black Hawk Down" pilot, eh!)
The current generation of TV viewers would like it since the CGI would be much more real this time around. Maybe bring in a CSI angle with a touch of CW drama (more of the former and less of the later though).
FYI, I'm watching Season 2 of Airwolf on HULU and there's an episode called "Flight 93 is missing". They couldn't use that title on a new episode of Airwolf huh!
Peace!

Airwolf was an American TV series is about
the adventures of hi-tech helicopter and it's reclusive pilot,
Stringfellow Hawke. The series was created by Donald P. Bellisario, who
also created Magnum P.I., JAG, Quantom Leap and NCIS. It is ran on CBS
in the United States in 1984-1986 having 56 episodes and an additional
24 episodes, with a new cast and production company, on the USA Network...read more? Visit Tvaddicts.tv
If it is done as a syndicated series, it might have a good shot.
Networks don't like shows that involve SF or anything that doesn't
appeal to the lowest common denominator anymore. A good example, IMO,
are shows such as American Gladiator and On The Clock.--- In

I would lover her. But ive got birds of prey than blades. Please let me no what she sells for . So sad but i don't think there will be any more airwolf made any more. do you yours from the uk England Venatrix.
It looks like some guy made an Airwolf replica from a real life Bell 222A helicopter for a museum, but the museum went belly up, and now the Airwolf is for sale.

I would like to see this, if is done well (ref: Season 4). The
political climate is good for it (Anti-terrorism instead of Cold war).
The problem is that the show was pretty expensive to produce and
unless they can get a major sponsor for the show, it is not likely to
happen. I don't know if the current CGI generation would be impressed
that much by the aerial antics and stunts as we were as kids.
Wow, I am surprised that the helicopter museum went out of business. I remember reading and viewing the construction of the 2nd lady airwolf. I agree, I hope it goes to a good home.....

"Sketchup" is a great free, easy-to-use CAD program inside Google. The
link is for the 3-D Airwolf model. You can download it to use as you
see fit - animation, modifying, add it to other artwork, etc. I invite
everyone do download it and do something interesting with your own
Airwolf model. I added a photo of one with Lara Croft into the CGI
album. Enjoy!
Somthing else you need to remember, KnightRider had pretty good ratings during its 5yr run. Airwolf barely made renewal and was on half as long. I know Airwolf was winning its timeslot when it was on Saturday nights but the numbers were still low. thanks kim! after the recent exchange regarding season 4 i was certain i
would be stoned for being interested in it. seasons 1 - 3 are readily
available for me to check out once i get my taste of season 4, but i'll
just treat them as i was going to from the onset -- as if they were two
completely different shows.
and i found someone who's going to send me season 4, too! am getting them
any day now! :D
