Hi All,

I am looking for a song/artist that played in the episode Time Will Tell (Season
4). I have not
been able to find it anywhere. It played on the DVD version of this episode. It
plays at the end
of this episode when Felicity is making a tape for Sally on her tape recorder
and Noel comes
in to discuss their relationship. Then, they end up kissing. The artist is
female and the words
go something like this: "to be in heaven floating high above the ground where
you can finally
spread your wings." Does anyone know this song/artist?
