Probably because of the baseball playoffs and Halloween parties. Also they want to save all the good epis coming up for November sweeps. That's my theory.

It seemed like the black ops mission took place after the deal with Shannon and Kelly but before Gibbs became a NIS agent. So my guess is that Franks knew about the mission because he was friends with Gibbs at this point. But I thought the same thing initially - I think it was an attempt to bring his character back again. Really what I would like to see is Gibbs showing that kind of faith and trust in Tony who is just as good an investigator in my mind.

Deliverance was the episode with Werth the kid on steroids.

I agree with you Jenn. I liked it too.... The bit at the end was so last season
and it made me smile.

I agree that things are far from where we all want them, But, I am quite hopeful
after last nights ep.

^_^

Hopefully they will build on it and not string it along x( Otherwise I will not
be so happy.

There is a site that is making Cote of Bday book from her fans.
Please take a look.

Also if I set up a site for donations in her name to Autism Speaks for
her Bday would you all be interested?

You could donate as little as $1.00 if you want.

While this episode was not the most Tiva packed I really did enjoy it.  It was so nice to see the team back together again.  And may I just say I did a little cheer and when Gibbs called Ziva, "Agent David".  Yay!  Or more appropriate to this site-- Yahoo!

I did think it was interesting that it also showed in the first part of the episode that there was still a bit of awkwardness between Tony and Ziva.  For example, they didn't walk together to Mr. Rogers door like they once would have.  However, by the end of the episode, especially after she "took down" the Marine at the Octoberfest, they seemed to be regaining that timing.  I'm not sure if this was the director, the actors, or both that created this effect but it really worked for me because I think that it would have seemed just too fake for them to immediately be back to the way it had been before Rivkin.

And can you believe that Tony actually called her "Probie"?  =P~ That was adorable!

But of course, the best part for me was the final moments that really seemed to be Tiva.  When she asked him not to call her Probie and he said, "Even if I say it with love?", I thought the looks exchanged and the way she stopped was wonderful.  And then when she agreed that she was at his mercy?  Yowsa!

I don't know.  Maybe it's the fact that the sun is shining for the second straight day in NE Ohio and I have the afternoon off, but I'm feeling so much more hopeful.

Recall that Saleem ripped it from her throat when he was interrogating her
during her capture. Personally I think a certain "very Special Agent" should
give her a new necklace as a Christmas or Hannakah [bad spelling I'm sure] gift.

You can now go here and vote for the people choice awards.  NCIS is listed as a choice for Best Drama tv series.  I added Cote and Michael for best actor and actress on a drama.  You will have to add their names in.

Have fun voting.  This is just for nominations then they will have votes for the winners.

Hmm not sure why yours does not.  I know I can not keep mine from doing it.   grrr.  Which carrier do you have?

Yes I agree the TIVA moments have been very tiny.  As Cote said in an article, go one way or the other.  Do not keep teasing people.

Well, it will be interesting to see where this goes.  I wonder what would happen to the raitings if they stop all the tiva?  I think you would see it drop.  However I am biased.

Ok

Well, I must say I need to rewatch this before I can even begin to go into details.

First impression was this was Ziva's episode and she did shine:)  Cote is a fantastic actress.  The storyline, hmmm well I am going to close my eyes to many large craters.  Maybe when I rewatch it I will have a better idea.

SB talked abut resolution to the Ziva storyline however he said TIVA will evolve all season.  However I am starting to wonder.  Ok I really need a shot of optimisim.  Must say I will watch and look for any sign of TIVA all year, however after this year I may loose interest, must admit I get bored and find new shows when they play games too long.

Ooooookay... Well, first thing's first: the epidose was good. Not fantastic, but good. Awesomely acted as per usual. :)

Now, second thing: WHERE THE HECK IS THE TIVA RESOLUTION BRENNAN WAS TALKING ABOUT!?! Seriously, it's one thing to go another way, but they've just almost completely ignored the whole Tony/Ziva situation all together. It was weird and uncomfortable to watch. I understand that all the other stuff talked about and done tonight had to be dealt with first in order to even make a complete resolution one way or another even possible. But they didn't even gloss over it in the last couple of episodes; they pretended like it wasn't even there.

I'm not so much confused as I am perturbed. This does not feel like it is going to end well for either Tiva fans or Anti-Tiva fans. Anyone else got their own Gibbs Gut burning about this?

I think tony's big grin in the elevator was just due to the fact that the NCIS side won over the mossad side....he acted so jealous over the fact that guy was there for ziva but the way it worked out in the end, he was smug, he knew gibbs would handle things and send the guy packing...
