Hello everyone!!

Can anyone please help me identify my Womble?
All he is wearing is a red neck scarf, he's about 14 inch tall. Grey
body hair, brown hands, inside ears, and face.
He has a pulley on his left side, but unfortunately no longer
talks/sings.
His label says manufactured by Burbank toys in England.
Pile fabric conforms to B.S 4569 for protection of voice box surface
wash only. Eyes plastic white and brown, black nose.
