Just posted a photo to another Yahoo group - it's of the Wombles with
US TV children's show host Captain Kangaroo (a.k.a. Bob Keeshan). Try

The Wombles appeared on Captain Kangaroo as part of the promotion for
their record in the US. They were scheduled to make a weekly
appearance starting September 11, 1974 according to the press release
that came with the photo.
