Hello, all Intrepid Angel Fans!
Are you here to work? Or just for the food? (OK, metaphorical food!)
Serenity has been a mild success at the box office, a terrific
achievement for a film with absolutely no well-know stars appearing.
Therefore we need to make our desires for an Angel film - with a
larger fanbase - known!
Universal Studios is the power behind the Serenity film, and the
Phase 3 target for an Angel feature film. We'd like to ask every one
of you to hit them with a postcard one more time as well as write our
new target. We want them to know that we helped make Serenity a
success, and we'll be there for Angel: The Motion Picture!
Remember the Power of One!
The Power of One Postcard, One Letter, One Call, One Voice = Hundreds
of fans making their voices heard!
Do you know what you want? Let the studios HEAR you! We want ANGEL!
Phase 4 Target:
Tom Freston, CoPresident and Co-COO
Brad Grey, Chairman and COO
Paramount Studios
5555 Melrose Avenue
Hollywood, CA. 90038
The campaign needs everyone! Don't assume others will do your part.
Everyone's voice is important, everyone's voice is needed and we'll
get what we want!
A message from Gman:
James Marsters will be on the 10/20 episode of Smallville. He will
appear as Milton Fine aka new villain, Brainiac. This will be a
recurring role. So give it a view and support James by contacting the
WB via e-mail, telephone, and postcard and by posting on the WB
Board. Let the WB know how much you enjoy seeing James. If you are
new to Smallville and are watching because of James or are a
returning viewer (like me) don't be shy about mentioning that. Please
be polite and positive. And, oh yeah, if you want to see a Spike
movie, you might want to mention that, too.
Here's how to contact the WB:
The phone # for the WB is 818-977-5000 (ask for voicemail feedback).
Remember, the WB is located in California, so they are on Pacific Time
(and are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri).
If you are on Eastern Time, you should call after 12:00 PM.
If you are on Central Time, you should call after 11:00 AM.
If you are on Mountain Time, you should call after 10:00 AM.
If you are on Pacific Time, you should call after 9:00 AM.
You can also e-mail the WB at faces@....

Spike tv movie postcards will be coming soon!
Come on. Show some support for a great actor who's also great to the
fans!
Take A letter Cordelia
James Marsters On Smallville.
There was the merest peek of him on the first episode of Smallville's
New Fall Season. We know that as Brainiac, he will have lost his
English accent and his lovely blonde hair, but Spike fans have helped
to give a triple digit increase to the numbers watching. James,
himself, is modest about the gain.
He would never dream of taking that kind of credit. All I can do is
talk from my own experience. When Angel was cancelled from the WB, I
did exactly as I said I would. I stopped watching the WB. I didn't
even tune in for the The Mountain episodes with James in them. I
stopped watching Charmed. The WB did not exist on my planet.
Yet, here I am watching Smallville. I do it because if enough of us
do it and let the WB know that we want to see that Spike Movie made,
they'll have to honor the promise they made. It won't be enough to
tell us the ball is in the other court.
It's crunch time and I am ready to give the WB a chance, with
Smallville, to win back my trust. Somebody has to tell these folks,
Dark Shadows remakes ain't gonna cut it. I won't (and neither will my
very large family) be satisfied with just glimpses of James as
Brainiac. Smallville's nice, but Sunnydale was nicer, and best of
all, is Spike and Angel's Los Angeles. That's what I want to go back
and see.

Eliza Dushku - "True Lies 2" Movie - More News
From Joblo.com - By Omar Aviles - 2005-10-12
Earlier this year, Tom Arnold spoke to Star Magazine about a rumored
TRUE LIES sequel and mentioned the following:
"We all caught up - Jim [Cameron], Jamie [Lee Curtis], Eliza
[Dushku], Bill [Paxton] and myself - to talk about True Lies 2 about
a month ago in Cali. We're doing it. Definitely doing it. I'm revved."
Seems unlikely but if Arnold wants to talk about it, that's cool.
However, things just got a little more interesting since Chris
alerted us to what Dushku said about this proposed sequel in a recent
issue of Buffy Magazine. What's interesting is the fact that she said
the exact same thing as Arnold. She mentioned:
"We all caught up Me, Jamie Lee, Arnold, and Jim, to talk about True
Lies 2, about a month ago in California. We're Doing it. Definitely
doing it. I'm revved."
What are the chances of both of them saying the exact same thing?
When did this "catching-up" meeting actually take place? Did they
actually discuss the sequel? Is it really happening? What's the real
truth here? More importantly, who uses "revved" anymore? All
interesting questions which may never be answered and if they aren't,
I'm pretty sure most people would be ok with that.
On a related note, Dushku apparently wants to be Wonder Woman.
However, so does Morena Baccarin and Joss Whedon seems to favor her
for the role. One thing that can't be debated is that they're both
certainly hot enough for the role.
Nicholas Brendan and Adrienne Barbeau can be seen in a film clip from
the new movie: UNHOLY

Nicholas Brendon - "Kitchen Confidential" Tv Series - Kristin says is
not cancelled
From Eonline.com - 2005-10-12
From tvjunkie1577: What is going on with Kitchen Confidential? I keep
hearing it's canceled. Say it ain't so!
It is not canceled...at least not yet. There was confusion because
it's off the schedule for baseball, but it is still in production, so
tune in.
David Boreanaz's Bones is in the same boat as no new episodes will be
shown on FOX until after the World Series. I like sports as much as
the next guy, but you have to wonder is this a fair way to judge a
new series?
"Once More With Feeling", the musical episode from season 6 of Buffy:
The Vampire Slayer is being brought back to life. A San Francisco
arts group called Counter Pulse is mounting a live stage production
of the musical episode, which aired on UPN in Nov. of 2001. They will
run performances on Oct. 22 and 23 and again on Halloween night. The
group is playing two shows a night and THREE of the PERFOMANCES ARE
(already) SOLD OUT!
"Once More With Feeling" which was written (I hardly need tell you)
by Joss Whedon, who also directed it and composed the songs. The
Buffy creator opens his tv episode with Buffy and The Scoobies
inexplicably breaking into song, Broadway style and at the same time
revealing secrets about themselves. They eventually discover that a
musical demon, accidentally summoned to Sunnydale, is making
mischief.
This episode earned an Emmy nomination (and fans are still bitter
that it didn't win)
for music direction (like there was competition from another show's
musical).
This stage production features a live band performing with the
dancers and actors. Counter Pulse says "costumes are encouraged."

Charisma Carpenter - Ausiello says the hatchet has been buried with
Joss Whedon
From tvguide.com - 2005-10-15
Question: Did Joss Whedon mention Charisma Carpenter being on
Veronica Mars while you were interviewing him? Is there any chance
the rift between them has healed? - Lara Du Pres
Ausiello: Yes, he discussed Charisma and yes, I think we can assume
from his comments that the rumored hatchet has been buried. This is
what he said when I asked him why he thinks Charisma keeps getting
cast as bitchy sexpots: "She looks the part, let's face it. She's a
stunner, she's voluptuous, she's got that sort of air about her. But
she's not that person at all... I mean, Cordelia was that person
until we said, 'Let's see the other side.' She can just sort of take
that and hit it out of the park, and then if you need to get in
deeper, there's more there. Whether or not they're going to show that
[on Veronica Mars] I don't know, although that is sort of Veronica
Mars' benchmark. It's their staple that the person you think you know
perfectly is more textured."
