There is still time to send those sales receipts from purchases of Buffy, (season seven) in to 20th Century Fox. In fact, I would also send them the receipts from any Fox dvds purchases over the Holidays. Remind them that we want an Angel movie and that we spend money on more than just Angel and Buffy related products.

From Jamesmarsterlive.com: "James Marsters is slinging his guitar on his back and heading to the UK for his first solo tour. He will be launching the tour at Liverpool's famous Cavern Club on Friday, April 22, 2005. The acoustic special is one of several concert dates across the UK. The Californian-born actor, songwriter and guitarist will also be appearing at the Carling Academy, Islington on Friday, April 29, 2005.

The 2005 tour will also mark the release of his highly-anticipated debut solo album. James previewed some of the album's tracks at his recent Halloween concert before a packed audience at London's York Hall."

*Benson Entertainment has signed a deal with a film distributor which may lead to Chance making a theatrical release in the next year.

*David Boreanaz's new movie, Crow: Wicked Prayer is going direct to DVD.

*Also released is I'm With Lucy, a 2002 European released movie never seen in the United States. On sale at amazon.com

*Serenity has been pushed back to September 30, 2005.

* An animated Serenity movie is no longer in the works. For a time plans were made to release a animated movie similar to the Animatrix. There may still be hope as there are rumors that a comic might be released telling the same story as was prepared for the animated feature.

In the Same Vein

*Blade:Trinity comes out this week, this is the final movie of the Blade Trilogy and also the launch of Abigail Whistler's (Jessica Biel) and Hannibal King's (Ryan Reynolds) stories. Both Reynolds and Biel have signed contracts to appear in movies about their futher adventures.


Casting News

*Eliiza Dushku will be a guest on "That 70's Show". She'll be playing Sarah who works at Donna's radio station. The upcoming ep is scheduled to air during February sweeps.
*James Marsters has just finished filming "The Pierre Heist".

Fan News

A news story appeared in the Bangor Daily news about a daring daylight robbery on a local street in Bangor. The apartment dweller who listed his missing valuables as The Complete DVD set of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel DVDs Seasons 1 through 4 and his Highlander DVDs, gained much sympathy from Endorill who sent him a note of sympathy signed by us all at saveangel.org and an invitation to join. He sounded like our kind of guy.
Local Angel fans, including Endorill are taking up a collection (among themselves) to replace his Angel valuables. A person needs the necessities of life, after all.
