Basically, just send an email to tvdiva@... with Related (and
nothing but the show title) in the subject line.

Votes need to be submitted by April 28, so vote soon! The winner will
be shared during the May 5 show (I think it airs during E News).

They have a really good track record of helping save shows, so let's
hope Related gets lots of votes.
