Hey, I think the show is awesome too, and kudos for being able to
watch the show in a country where it doesn't air :) Anyways, it's not
yet revealed how Jack will die or how Courtney will end up being
married to Bobby - I think that they want us (the audience) to be
curious about it so that we continue to watch the show to satisfy our
curiosity. Until then, all we can do is guess.

One site that I found, http://stephensanders.tripod.
com/jack_bobby_chronology , brings up a theory that Jack will die in
the War of the Americas mentioned in the third episode, "The Kindness
of Strangers". At first, I imagined that he'll die of some sort of
drug abuse, but recently I'm not so sure. It's really all just
speculation :)
