I lose about 6 pound's so far since Friday May 13,2005 and I feel a little better, but how do you guy's lose more and what kind of diet's you guy's go by....
Everyone loses at their own rate. I don't think the diet itself has anything to do with it. No matter what diet you follow...they all recommend healthy...
