I don't know who it was that just dialed 911, contacted Carnegie PD, and told them I was threatening to commit suicide. Three patrol cars just showed up at my door, and said that it had been reported that I mentioned this on the internet. My family, and those three officers just has the laugh of our lives! Thank you so very, very much.
But, guess what, that 911 call, was recorded. It will be traced back to the caller, and that caller is going to get a nice stiff fine for filing false police report. That IS a felony. Hope you've got some money set aside for emergencies!
I knew there were some boneheads on this list, but this beats it all. Damn, I'm still rolling on the floor laughing.
By the way, Pete, I mentioned that you're supposed to be an "under cover cop" and you announced it to everyone in our group, and those cops laughed themselves silly. No undercover cop would EVER admit to doing undercover work at any time or any place. This is exactly what the officer told me.
I may have have mentioned suicide, but my moods usually blow over within a day or two. My family just keeps watch to be sure. Of course, if you jerks would all get off my list and leave me alone, I'd start feeling better a whole lot quicker.
I did, of course, give them the screen names and IDs of all the people who've causing me to feel so bad, and they said they were "going to look into it". So, next time someone knocks at your door, it may be a cop.
Thanks for making my evening.
Gloria
