This is just let everyone know that With Arms Wide Open Book 1 is now completed and posted both on fanfiction.net and at my website.  My website has graphics that were made for the story.  I started posting this story several years ago and I finally finished book 1.  It's just 11 chapters, but most of the chapters are longish. 

 

What is With Arms Wide Open about?  It's a "What If" story in the Buffy: the Vampire Slayer universe.  What if Angel did not loose his soul in Surprise/Innocence?  I started with the episode Innocence and then re-wrote season two from there.  Book 2 will be Season Three re-write and the first chapter is already with the Beta Team.  I have a new Beta Team and hopefully posting won't be so slow this time.  I already have the first three chapters written and I am working on Chapter 4.  However, I do have some writer's block and may skip ahead so there might not be any more chapters to this Book as there was in Book 1 even though there is more time to work with.   There also might or might not be cliff hangers at the end of the chapters.  I haven't decided yet.  In the first book, a chapter was supposed to equal an episode. There are a few chapters in Book 2 that I am using the transcripts for some of the episodes. 

 

Anyway, I am always grateful for feedback.  You can email me feedback at LadyMacKenzie@... and please remember that while I do have a Beta Team, and most of my mistakes are caught, there might be a few typos and those are entirely my fault, so please forgive any misplaced commas and/or periods and such. 

 

I'm not going to post the chapters over the list because some lists don't allow for italics and such and I've already put hours into formatting the story for both fanfiction.net and for the website.  I just don't have the time to format it for emails as well right now.
