Hi Liz! Good to see you on here. :-)
My name's Jenni (not Jennie who is our list owner) and
I've been on this list since 1998. Made a lot of
friends here! One of the things I remember well from
those days were our TBAA keeperships. As it turns
out, I'm now in charge (with Sara/Kiwi's help) of
maintaining the Keepers List. It's long been
maintained as part of the John/Andrew Bucket Brigade
website (onthisside.net), a group I am co-president
of. Well, I decided it was time to give the Keepers
Page a bit of a facelift. You can see the results
here:

I think I may integrate the Andrew keepers into the
general TBAA section but I've not decided yet.
For those of you that haven't been with us that long,
"Keepers" is a tradition in many fandoms. I honestly
have no idea when and where it started. Basically
people just give themselves honorary titles having to
do with aspects of a show they really appreciated. So
since years have passed since we did anything with
Keepers, I thought I'd reintroduce it and see if we
could may be get more discussion going. If you all
ready are a Keeper of something(s) may be you could
share why you chose what you did. If you'd like to be
a Keeper of something you could post to the list and
explain why, just for interest's sake. Or email me
privately and I'll add ya to the list!
So I guess I should answer my own question. I'm
Keeper of Andrew's innocence and integrity. I picked
integrity just cause it's a good thing and Andrew
definitely has it. When I chose his innocence I meant
it in the sense that he saw all sorts of bad things
but he didn't let those experiences make him all jaded
and embittered. I'm afraid if I'd been him I woulda
spent 7 seasons throwing things and yelling a lot. So
I'm really impressed that he didn't. :-) So that's
why I chose those keepers.
Anyhow, hope that all makes sense. If not, feel free
to email me privately with questions. The page itself
explains some things a bit.
God bless,
Jenni
