I agree. I really enjoyed Charles Rocket as "Adam." My guess, and it
is a guess only, is he signed on for the first season when most
everyone assumed it wouldn't continue from there. Then he probly
signed onto some films and couldn't return when the show was picked up
for another season because of those commitments. Cause if you check
his filmography on IMDB.com he's got 4 movies in 1994, two is 95, and
a brief TV show.

Happily, Adam did resurface in Season 4 in "My Dinner with Andrew",
Season 7 in "Sign of the Dove", and Season 9 with "The Root of All
Evil" and a cameo in the finale which, incidentally, won my first tear
for that evening. I'll think fondly of him tomorrow when I watch
"Fear Not!" for the millionth time though I love it each viewing.
