Re: [Survivorstvseries] Radio Times

Thanks for that link.  It's a very quick canter through Survivors before getting on to Primeval.  I'm comparing it with the original RT interview with Terry Nation  - I have a copy of that edition, and it's one of my most precious possessions.

6 episodes does seem awfully short, do they not believe it will work for today's audiences? It's not as if a lot of money has to be spent on special effects, mainly on finding deserted streets like in 28 Days Later, though I will be looking out for milk floats in the background as in that production, LOL

Someone's already probably given this link from Tuesday but I'll add it again:

I couldn't see this in Radio Times online.  Any pointers as to where it is?

The thing about the trailer that I just can't get my head around is the fact that it's summer.  I'm so steeped in 1975 midwinter!  And only 6 episodes???? ?

There is also a look behind the scenes of Survivors, the new BBC drama
starring Julie Graham and Doctor Who's Freema Agyeman.

Its was interesting as I have not really kept interest until now in the
remake. I'm probably word perfect in the originally script being that I
loved it so much, I'm not sure I'm going to enjoy the new series, the
characters appear to be so different from the original, and I'm sure
the plot is as well. I'm worried!!!
