I feel Billy would of hurt them also, he didnt seem like he had to much energy,
and wasnt to much into it, but throwing a challenge I would not of been for it.

Cecilia was also VERY much in favor to get Billy off too and I'm seeing why
they felt they had to do it. I also kinda feel that Billy wouldn't have
stayed loyal with them so as far as having the numbers - wouldn't have
mattered - or......Billy would have HURT them if anything by going with
another tribe.
