Save Disney Shows November 2009 Events
It’s
important to remember that paper letters are the key to our efforts,
and events are spaced out so you have at least a week to prepare as
many as you can. Please refer to our how to help section for addresses:
http://help.savedisneyshows.org
Then on the day of the event, you can also send faxes, make phone calls, and use our email program at http://sdsmail.org
New Disney Animated Series: Fish Hooks
Disney
has begun production on a new animated series that revolves around the
lives of fish that attend school in the middle of a large pet store
fish tank.

The idea, of course, is to explore the “traditional teen issues” in a way that hasn’t been done before.
Wait,
isn’t there a popular animated show about sea creatures on Nickelodeon?

Suite Life on Deck Renewed
We
hope Dylan and Cole aren’t feeling typecast! This will make the 7th
season for their characters! Webmaster Greg still liked the original
series better (mostly for Ashley Tisdale) but the spin off is also very
well done, and it certanly deserves to continue.

(You’ll remember Dick Cook got the boot last month) and now they’re
getting serious about change at Miramax. Daniel Battsek, the president
of Miramax, will step down this Januarry. Disney has yet to name a
replacement.

SDS Joins Twitter!
To
be perfectly honest, I'm not sure why it took us this long! But we are
happy to anounce that Save Disney Shows is now on twitter. You can
follow us @savedisney. You can also find our good friends over at SaveDisneyShows.de on twitter @SDS_de. Webmaster Greg had been tweeting about SDS events on his personal twitter (@anitrain) but now you'll find all of those SDS news and event reminders exclusively on our new twitter username, @savedisney.
This concludes this email news alert. Thanks for reading from all of us at Save Disney Shows. |
