Okay, I just had direct contact with the Bruckners who

Where was it announced? I can find no proof that this
isn't just an internet rumor. There is a lot of
hearsay, some unconfirmed sources and some
circumstantial evidence, but no real proof yet.

However, we're currently proceeding on the assumption
that show has been cancelled And we've set up a Save
Phil Day similar to the Save Kim Possible days that
brought back that show. The Save Phil Day web page is
here: Right now the most important thing you can do
for the cause is to tell people about the Save Phil
day and to get them to join this yahoo group.

Where was it announced?  I didn't think there was any public info out about it yet.  So far the only ones who know for sure it's canceled are the ones who work for the show.  I actually found out a few days ago that the show was canceled, so I already started a thread on my site about the whole cancellation & ways we can help save the show.  Here's the link to it:

As promised Kim was kept alive in 2005. And now 2006
will be Stitch's year. Our 6th Save Lilo & Stitch

Sunday December 4th. We're celebrating December 3rd,
the day Lilo & Stitch the Movie was released on DVD in
the US. We're asking for the help of the entire Save
Disney Shows community to make this the best Save Lilo

Disney has some Phil of the Future Fan Appreciation
Day planned for this upcoming Friday. Those who may be
interested, I suggest we show how much we appreciate
Phil of the Future Save Disney Shows style! By that I
mean of course the e-mails/letters/phone calls/faxes
etc. You all know the drill by now. I think this is a
great opportunity for the Phil fans out there to make
their voices heard. I'll be keeping track of Phil's
e-mail numbers that day of course and posting them.
It's time to let Disney know we want Phil in our
future! :-)

Red had sort of suggested that we do another
Kim-a-thon type event because we don't have any good
KP related dates in October. But I had an even better
idea, SDS week. The whole event is a seven day
"umbrella" event called SDS week that will fun from
October 16th to the 22nd. Each of the days has an
individual theme that reflects a part of the site.

The first and last days (the 16th and 22nd) are
general SDS days. Day two (October 17th) is Save Kim
Possible day #5 and is just like any of previous SKP
Days, except bigger because it's part of SDS week...
Day three (October 18th) is our first Save Phil of the
Future day! Day four (October 19th) is our first Save
American Dragon: Jake Long day! Day five (October
20th) is the beginning of and most important day of
the fourth save Lilo and Stitch weekend bash. The L&S
weekend bash continues from October 21st through
October 23rd as a separate event from SDS week, but
please participate in both. Day six (October 21st) is
the first Save Disney Partnerships day. Day seven is a
general SDS day as was mentioned above. ;)

All of this information is better laid out on the
official SDS Week website:
http://savedisneyshows.org/day/ - you can also use the
shorter forwarding address fixdisney.com to link to
the SDS week site.

Now go forth and spread the word!

Overall we had a pretty good day. I was really
surprised though that the actual number of individuals
who participated wasn't higher than it was. But those
that did participate, really did. Most sent multiple
e-mails from all of our variety of SDS e-mail
programs. Our official e-mail counts are not that
high, this is due to that fact that about half of the
uses only sent e-mails to Iger, which was the purpose
of this day so that's ok. The other half of the uses
sent to the complete list of contacts. Here's how the
individual e-mail programs break down.

65 Episode Policy:
56 uses and 332 e-mails sent

American Dragon Jake Long:
48 uses and 636 e-mails sent

Generic “create-your-own”:
14 uses and 28 e-mails sent

Kim Possible:
95 uses and 809 e-mails sent

Lilo & Stitch:
116 uses and 1,492 e-mails sent

Older Shows:
8 uses and 176 e-mails sent (All made references to
Gargoyles)

Partnerships:
42 uses and 284 e-mails sent

Phil of the Future:
66 uses and 352 e-mails sent

And our grand total:
445 uses and 4,109 e-mails sent

All of these numbers can be seen in the future at:
http://www.savedisneyshows.org/day/

Thank you to all who participated today! Don't forget
we have a few days left to the Save Lilo & Stitch
Weekend Bash #3 (http://www.savels.com/). Those that
can help out, it's very appreciated! :-)

SDS Premium memberships (basically a newsletter subscription, but
it's a "premium membership" for legal reasons) are now available.

Join here: http://savedisneyshows.org/join/

The first edition on the newsletter is finished. It's four pages in
full color and most of the content is KP related. Future editions
will be even bigger.

You can pay by PayPal or by mail and we've made the price as low as
we can to cover the start-up costs. The newsletter is a good way to
support and unify the SDS movement and provides a handy reference
when recruiting other fans.

If you have any problems signing up email me
(anitarin@...).

The first edition will be mailed on or before the first of October
for persons who sign up before then. Sign up before October 10th at
the latest if you want to receive the first issue. Also, the first 24
people to subscribe will receive an exclusive SDS or SKP magnet. I
haven't made the magnets yet, but you'll get something cool. :)

This idea was originally Beaglebub's, I only did
research. ;)

Now you can write to Andrew Mooney, the Disney
Consumer Products Chairman and tell him you want
merchandise for your favorite show(s). If Disney sees
increased product interest in their good shows they're
be more likely to continue the current ones (like Kim
Possible) and play the ended shows (Darkwing Duck).
Here is a working address for Mooney:

Andrew P. Mooney
C/O The Walt Disney Company
500 S. Buena Vista Street
Burbank, CA 91521

I paid for Signature Confirmation on my letter to him
to confirm that Disney would accept the mail. ;) Happy
letter writing! :) And remember all known Disney
contact information is available here:

Sorry, just figured you knew. I saw maybe 2 or 3 commercials through
the week. I'm sure they'll replay it. The first one is where Keely
makes a new friend. So of course Phil gets jealous. This is also the
episode where you have the boy that's a friend/girl that's a friend
thing shown in the preview. And the second one where Phil's dad gets
the time machine fixed and they plan on going home, and this being the
same time that Phil and Keely are suppose to go to a dance together.
Both great eps! :-)

There were back to back Phil eps last Friday? How come
no one told me this until now? :) Hopefully the TiVo
got them automatically, it should have... I'll have to
check.

I hope everyone watched the back-to-back Phil of the
Future episodes
last Friday. I had to tape it and just watched it last
night. These
two shows do all the talking on why we need to save
this show. For me,
these were the two best Phil episodes ever. I have to
admit I was
quite choked up throughout that last episode. The
emotional
rollercoaster it sent me through, I can tell that was
a great episode.
Perfect ending too. I kind of always knew I was one,
but after
watching these two episodes I'm officially declaring
myself P/K or
maybe it's called K/P I don't know, but I'm officially
sucked into it
now. It's K/R "Emotion Sickness" all over again lol.
:-)
