To ensure that the group stays safe, and age appriorate the settings
have been changed. Now only moderators can create polls and members can
still vote in them.

This has been changed due to the fact that in some groups people go
around creating inappriorate polls. This is to put a stop to that.

If ever you would like a poll to be created, ask the moderator, and
he/she shall create it for you. The moderator will need to know the
question and the answers.
