Yeah they do. It just takes a long time. A group has to have zero activity for more than a year.
 
I've had them send me notices about closing my groups for inactivity.

This group has never been affiliated with Daze, or for that matter, any other Sanjaya group, other than an overlap with some of its members.  So Daze closing shouldn't really have an affect on this group.  The news that I post on this and/or Sanjaya2 comes from things I find on the internet and that is usually in blogs or news articles.
 
However, very few people post on this group any more.  If it doesn't get more activity, the yahoo admins will probably close it. 
 
So...how about some of you lurkers make a stand and post something.  If you don't have news, you still have opinions you can share.
