This mornings lanch attempt was scrubbed about 30 minutes before launch
due to a problem with the launch pad gaseous nitrogen purging system.
Repairs were made and the problem was a relay that failed.
Launch attempt is scheduled 5:22 a.m. EST. with a window extending 10
minutes to 5:32 a.m. EST.
Satellite separation is scheduled for 66 minutes after launch.
Weather is the only concern with a 40 percent chance that weather will
be acceptable at launch time.
