Before looking at our game there are some questions you need to ask

We are re-starting from the fall of the Battlestar Hephaestus.

Story So Far:

We are re-starting from the fall of the Battlestar Hephaestus. Its
been Two months since the remnants of the Colonies Gathered in orbit
over Kobol. From the close to 4,000,000 Souls that had survived the
two years of Cylon Occupation and the Nuclear Armageddon, Terrorist
attacks had taken out over 5000, and over 6000 had chosen to live on
Kobol. Left with almost 3,989,000 souls, the Battlestar Hephaestus and
its fleet of over 4000 ships made their way deeper into the unknown.
They set in place a Civilian Government and held elections. But on the
day the new President and Vice- President were announced, everything
fell apart. The Cylon Attacked. They lost over 3,931,028 souls in one
attack alone. Over 2000 ships either destroyed or lost in the Chaos of
the FTL jumps. Now only 1500 ships remain around the beaten hulk of
the Battlestar Hephaestus. And 57,974 survivors wait in the dark for
the end or Salvation.

Back Story

After the Cylons destroyed the Twelve Colonies of Man, a handful of
survivors departed aboard a ragtag fleet led by the Battlestar
Galactica, in search of a new home… beginning a dramatic journey of
mortal proportions, revolving around interesting characters fighting
Cylon pursuit, while delving into the darkest shades of the human psyche.

What about survivors left behind?

The Battlestar Pandora is a Galactica Class Battlestar (BS84). Fight
the Cylon occupation and try to reclaim what's left of their worlds…
or leave in search of a new home.

"Battlestar: Pandora" is a played-by-email role playing game (or
"sim") set in the world of the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica,
focusing on "survival of the rest of humanity or leaving for a new
home world". Our goal is to capture the dramatic appeal of the show in
this venue, whether you like military fiction, sci-fi or good,
hard-boiled drama. If you're a fan of the new BSG with an imagination
and love of writing, interested in interacting with others in this
world of rich, gritty intrigue then we invite you to an ongoing
story-line in a different direction, where characters determine many
plot points through their actions with the moderator creating major
story arcs.
