This email group is the official web community for all ex-Thames Television staff, and is operated in conjunction with the 'Association of Reunited Thames Staff' (ARTS), whose web site can be found at:

It provides a relatively secure means for old or new friends to maintain contact with each other. It is not open to the general public. Membership is by approval only. If you think you qualify, click on 'Join this Group'.
The basis for the group is the staff, now mostly retired, of Thames Television, formerly London's weekday TV company, and its subsidiaries. However, that does not preclude people from companies whose staff supplied the ground base for the formation of Thames TV in 1968.
There are no hard and fast rules to observe, other than those that normally prevail in such groups. The use of offensive language; the posting of material considered to be offensive or unacceptable, to other members within the group, will result in immediate, permanent removal of the offender. It is hoped that members will get involved and not just leave it to others to provide the interest.

If some point that someone else raises interests you - say so;
You may have an old photo that may be of interest to others;
If you need some help with anything, ask, and someone may be able to oblige.
