When you get to the stoplight at the intersection driving northbound on Hwy. 23 at Cascade Way on the southbound side of the highway — you'll see a fish & chips joint on your right — be in the right most lane and go through the light, then pull immediately into the small public parking lot — a used car dealer has cars in there but it is a public space — and park your car.
