Well, everything should be back to normal. If you notice any other
problems, feel free to e-mail me or post a message at my NEW message
board http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php
Thanks!

Howdy! Actually, it shouldn't be out of date since I updated it just
last week but something strange is going on with my web host. Some
pages on my site are missing, some have reverted to older pages and
now the whole site is loading slow. So slow that I can't update
anything. I'm getting pretty mad...
Anyway, thanks for making me aware of the problems. They'll be fixed
very soon!!
Have a great week!

Just a last reminder that I have a new message board that can be found
here: http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php Please do me a favor
and go and register (it's free!) or just sign the guest book (no
registration necessary).
Of course, if you like the format of the Yahoo! Message Board better,
let me know.
Peter
Thanks for the info! I just made the updates. Have you joined the
new message board yet? http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php

Hello everyone! For all of you who enjoy all the stuff that I post
here, check out my blog! It even supports RSS feeds!
http://www.petersreviews.com/blog/
If you want to ask questions or discuss anything, go to my new and
improved message board! http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php
I really appreciate all of my readers and I hope all of you will join
me on my blog & new message board!
Thanks!
Peter
Come on, folks. Come to the new message board:
http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php
There's 107 members here... There's gotta be a least 5 that really
keep up with this group. And I'll track down every single one of you
unless you come to the new board. Then I'll move in with you and force
you to watch movies. (Like Swingers. I cannot believe how many people
haven't seen that movie!)
-kat
I'm testing a new message board. Yahoo has been good to us but new
one should be better. You can use smileys (I know some think they're
annoying), you can post pics and much more. Help me test it out at
http://petersreviews.com/phpbb2/index.php
Thanks!
Peter
Friday, 8 July 2005:
1. Owen Wilson
2. "Dancing With the Stars" winners Kelly Monaco and Alec Mazo
3. Kem (music).

That sounds like a cool idea but I've been burned by services like
this before. I'd prefer to keep everything on my own web host just
to make sure everything is under my control.
The message board should be up soon!

Could a car really run on compressed air? It seems that this car is a
reality. Cool idea but why do all these alternative fuel cars look so
dorky?
http://www.theaircar.com/
It doesn't appear to be a joke even though it's funny.

I heard some people say that DVDs should be released at the same time
movies debut in theaters. They made some interesting arguments as how
if people liked watching the movies they would go and buy the DVDs
instantly and the ones who don't like going to movies would buy the
DVDs on the first day of release since the hype is the highest at that
time. I'm not sure if this really makes perfect sense but it would
benefit the movies that weren't that good. People would buy their
DVDs before they heard many reviews. Hollywood makes more money from
DVDs now anyway. It seems that the theaters are dying a slow death,
why should the movie companies wait?
What do you think? Should DVDs be released at the same time a movie
premieres in theaters?
I'm not sure why someone would want to buy one but if you want to go
really fast in a straight line this rules. For everything else...

Hey Peter. I don't know if you've already begun setting up your message
board but if you're looking for a free remotely hosted message board
service then I'd definitely recommend ProBoards (www.proboards.com).
It's highly configurable and members are also able to have their own
profiles and avatars. Definitely the best one that I've come across.
I'll be setting up a message board over there myself.

Morons. I don't like that kid... I have this thing against dumbasses
that wander out in front of cars. Expecially in residential areas. Or
that stand around in the street and don't move. I almost hit one the
other day, and he just yelled. I gave him time to move... You'd think
they'd learn.

Please note that comedian Russ Meneve appeared on Last Call on 3 June 2005
(a rerun of 29 April also shown on 1 July).

This was just developed in Japan. Let's hope it really works.
A durable new drug that prevents HIV from entering human cells and
causes almost no side effects has been developed by a team of
researchers at Kumamoto University.
The new drug, code named AK602, was reported by the research team's
leader, Hiroaki Mitsuya, at the International Congress on AIDS in Asia
and the Pacific in Kobe on Tuesday.
The drug's main feature is that it shuts out the AIDS virus at the
point when it tries to intrude into a human cell.

This story is disgusting. It seems that hotels in London are
tripling their prices to take advantage of those who are stuck in
the city.
Hundreds of commuters spent Thursday night stranded in London and
some have accused hoteliers of cashing in on the bomb attacks.
Prices at a number of London's hotels increased by more than double
on Thursday night, the BBC has learned.
Lastminute.com said price rises for hotels featured on its site had
been set by hotels themselves.
However, some hotels offered blankets and use of showers for free
and other businesses donated goods to casualties.
The attacks on the Tube network and a double-decker bus killed at
least 50 people and injured more than 700.
A Trading Standards Institute spokesman said hotel profiteering
after a bombing attack was reprehensible.
With the transport networks down and no way of returning home, one
businessman from Manchester told the BBC he had paid £250 for an £80
room.
Commuters said they were appalled, and thousands chose to walk for
hours to reach home rather than stay the night in a hotel.

It's just too sad that anyone would harm the adorable sea otters.

2 MAMMALS FOUND SHOT ON BEACHES
By Paul Rogers
Mercury News
An environmental group offered a $2,500 reward Monday for
information leading to the conviction of anyone connected with the
shooting deaths of two endangered sea otters that were found washed
up on Monterey Bay beaches.
The dead otters were found May 8 at Pajaro Dunes near Watsonville
and June 13 near Del Monte Beach in Monterey, said Ed Newcomer, a
special agent with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Anyone who deliberately kills an otter can face up to $100,000 in
fines and a year in jail.
