The "Disenfranchised Edition" had some wonderful extras in the way of promos, etc. The only real disappointment was that the audio was mono, so that the official DVD release remains an essential purchase. It should be kept in mind that at the time of the "Disenfranchised Edition" the probability of a commercial release seemed to be zero. We're lucky to have it, especially after seeing how another show, "The Fugitive," is being treated as a commercial release. The first volume of the second season replaced all of the background music, totally ruining the experience of the program for anyone familiar with it. Of course, "The Fugitive" remains available in syndication. As far as I know "Nowhere Man" never resurfaced, at least in the U.S.
