As some of you know, our daughter has Autism. Currently, 1 in 166
children are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. According to a May
2006 Time Magazine article, three times has many children are
diagnosis with an Autism Spectrum Disorder as Juvenile Diabetes, yet
Autism gets 1/5 of the research funding. I passionately believe we
need to address this situation, both for our daughter Veronika and the
millions of children and adults world wide who have this disorder.
On Oct. 15th there will be a world wide walk to raise Autism Awareness
and scholarship funds for people to go the the Autism Treatment Center
of America. We were at the treatment center last month and are very
excited by their program. We met people for 23 states and 10
countries. As I said this walk is world wide: UK, China, Australia,
etc. and of course the US: Coast to coast.
To register to walk or give a secure donation online, just go to:
http://www.walkaroundtheworld.org/ All donations are tax deductible.
Please find a team to join or support with a donation! I am the team
leader for Gettysburg, PA. There is a Yahoo email address:
gettysburgwaw@... While the website indicates that this is a 10K
Walk, we have opted to make it a 5K Walk to avoid interfering with
tourism and to make the walk more accessible to as many people as
possible. After joining a team, walkers will need to let your team
leader know what t-shirt size that you prefer(WAW only has Large and
Extra Large available for order).
Depending on when walkers originally sign up to walk, t-shirts may or
may not be here in time for the walk, but everyone will get a t-shirt
eventually.
Please forward this email! Thank you for your time and consideration!
Peace be with you!---Nicole

Hey guys. I was just wondering if any of you knew what the Famesters
are up to right now.
I know the following
Jamison Tiangco is still performing in the NYC area with Todd Evans.
She is also dancing for another artist.
Todd Evans is preforming in the NYC area. He is currently demoing a
few songs. He has recorded a song (written and produced by me) for a
benefit cd for the United Nations to be released November. He is a
backup dancer for a NY singer. Also I will probably be producing a
couple more tracks for him in late summer.
Ryan Chotto is currently in the cast of Fame on 42nd Street in NYC.
Alex Boyd is getting ready to release his debut single and will be in
a magazine in March I believe. I forgot which magazine but I will et
you know when I remember.
Of course Harlemm Lee is performing in support of his debut album
which is great. I have only heard clips of the songs on Amazon
because darnit my cd hasn't arrived yet.
Shannon Bex, what happened to her?
Anyone else know what is going on with the others.

I have posted new pics of Todd and Jamison. In the folder you will
see pics of Todd Evans (semifinalist) recording a song I WILL WALK
for a benefit cd at Skyelab Studios in NYC. Also in the folder you
will find pics of Todd and Jamison performing at Bar 515.

Hey guys just thought I'd let you know. I am currently working on a

was great. I got to see Todd Evans and finalist Jamison Tiangco in

went into the studio to record a song for the benfit album. The song
was recorded at Skyelab Studios in NYC and was written and produced

benfit cd for the UN to be release4d late summer of 2004.

I think you are probably right in some of what you are saying. Now Johnny did like Harlemm and he had said every time that he could not wait to see what Harlemm had to offer as he enjoyed him from the start. I think that Johnny what'd Shannon as she was flirting with Johnny as she wink several times while she was singing... So I am curious with that as well. As far as Harlemm goes I think that he has a great deal of talent and I would like to see how much Johnny put's in his energy's and resources in to promote Harlemm or to see how much he promotes Shannon instated.
I feel that all of the pro-formers have a great deal of talent and I think all they need in some of them is a little more couching and then they will go along way. I also think that maybe these last ten might end up the New York performance "FAME". Time will tell to see if that really happens.
I will the best to Harlemm and to Shannon, but I would like to see Harlemm go further. His age's is not that important because I think he has wonderful gifts and he's real. If he can make a room cry every time that he sings then I think that he has some gifts that the other performers did not have.
Good Luck to them all.

In my opinion of course. It's obvious that the younger Shannon Bex and Brandon O Neal are the two most marketable and will fit into the pop music scene the best right now. Harlemm is too old, Serena would be better as an adult comtemporary/R&B artist. Yeah I think it was a bit shady but Johnny made it clear he wanted her to win. So he offered her the contract to let everyone know she's going to be his focus. I would be willing to bet that Johnny is going to put a lot more attention on Shannon. He might even grab Brandon O Neal sometime soon as well.
Brandon with the help of Justin Timberlake, Jermaine Dupri, or P Diddy the boy could be a star. He's got what it takes, plus he's only 16 and so he's got lots of time before he becomes too old for pop music. Shannon is still young too and both can still attract a younger crowd. From a marketing stand point I would have chosen Brandon and Shannon. I never liked Harlemm because he's a cartoon, he's an annoyance. He performs every song exactly the same in weird Harlemm style and it just looks ridiculous. I feel like I'm watching Weird Al or something. It's not pop music. He always puts that stupid twang in his voice and when he bounces up and down in EVERY performance I just want to throw something at him. I'm sure Johnny wishes that the judges could have chosen the FINAL winner because now he's stuck with Harlemm and probably has no clue how to market him or what kind of
single he's going to release.

I agree with youentirely. After Brandon was voted off, I immediately
switched channels and came back only to find out who had won. When
it came down to Harlemm and Shannon, I KNEW it would be Harlemm. But
I agree that Johnny should have waited for a "private" moment to sign
Shannon. It seriously detracts from Harlemm's victory. I did not
realize that this had happened until I read this post.

Howdy!
I am looking for video files of the group performances from each week
of Fame. I am NOT looking to use these on my personal website or to
distribute to other people. I simply want to work on the
choreography from the dance numbers.
If anyone can offer input as to where to find such files, I would
greatly appreciate it. Please email me at krazikiwi_98@....
Thanks and keep on dancing!

CONGRATULATIONS HARLEMM!!!!!! I am truly excited about Harlemm's
claim to fame and wish him all the best in the continuation of his
AMAZING adventure! I can't wait to see how his journey begins and

Congrats to Shannon as well for the recording contract. I look
forward to seeing her continue to grow as a performer and evolve as a
singer. Not to mention, I love her dancing and personal style.
On a personal note...I don't really think it was right of Johnny to
extend a contract to Shannon on the spot only moments after Harlemm
had won the entire FAME contest. I think it took away from the
specialty of Harlemm's achievement. Don't get me wrong. I'm not
saying Johnny doesn't have the right to sign Shannon or any of the
other contestants, I just think his timing and the manner in which he

votes, would Johnny have offered a contract to Harlemm...my guess is
no. Johnny has never expressed any particular like or dislike toward
Harlemm. It has always been Shannon, Shannon, Shannon. Now that
Harlemm has won, Johnny still gets his way by extending Shannon a
contact as well. Will Shannon be put in the limelight and put on the
fast track because she's Johnny's star? And will Harlemm be lost in
the wake of it all? If so, I don't think that's fair to Harlemm or
the viewers who voted for him. Additionally, it jeapordizes the
credibilty of the entire contest and the show...which it seems the
general public has been questioning for some time.
Just needed a moment to vent my frustrations and see if anyone else
shared the same opinions. Thank you for allowing me to express the

everyone if and when Fame returns for a second run.
Keep on dancing!

I'm so happy for Harlemm! He's such an amazing performer. I still
think Brandon should've won, mainly because he's not only a triple
threat, but also because I can see him really fitting into the
current music scene, but I am happy for Harlemm.
Now, does anyone know how long we have to wait before they start
getting signed and recording their albums? I can't wait for Serena's,
Harlemm's, Brandon's and Alex's.

My boo Brandon didn't make it.
I am glad that Harlem did win if Brandon couldn't. Shannon actually
had a much better solo performance this evening, but she wasn't very
good in "Body Electric". She has some serious pitch problems. Maybe
she should stick to the dancing...she does that quite well. Both
Brandon and especially Serena will get themselves some nice, juicy
recording contracts.
Well, at least Chauncey made it to the group in American Juniors. He
sang his little rear-end off doing Moon River.

sorry i wish ican help but i dont have any of the music online =X
cant wait for the finals tonight!!

anniversary is today!! plz join thanks :)
Brandon should definately win. He is amazing and only 16 years old.
Fantastic. I'm still trippin' off his performance. He was absolutely
flawless. I've never warmed to Shannon. She's just always horribly off key.
Harlemm is good, but I don't know were he would fit in the industry the way
things are right now. And of course there's my girl Serena who is going to
give all these young divas a run for their money. I'm with JoJo; I can't
wait for her album to drop. Too bad Alex didn't make it to the final. He
would've kicked butt!

Good evening, everyone!
Week after week I've poured my heart out about my honest opinions and
thoughts of the performers on FAME. I mostly do this to put my own
thoughts in perspective and hopefully provide encouragement and hope
to the talented voices for FAME, should they happen to find
themselves wandering through this Yahoo message board. Thank you for
allowing me to voice my thoughts each week...even if no one reads
them, it's enought to send them out into the great void of Internet
being.
This week, I don't really have many comments to say. I was very sad
to see Alyson and Tyce get cut, but I think they both have
opportunities in the industry. Obviously Tyce has already made it in
the "dance" world and I truly belive Alyson could make it on
Broadway. I wish you both all the best and hope all your dreams come
true...don't give up, you're dreams can come true!
For my recap this evening, I simply wish to share one word for each
of the four finalists. In my opinion, the words below really capture
how I feel about each of these contestants.
Serena - Committed
Harlemm - Passionate
Shannon - Performer
Brandon - Multi-dimensional
In closing, I just have to say I didn't think I was going to get to
vote tonight. I have dance class until 8 p.m. central and didn't
think I would get home in time to view the tape of FAME and still
vote. As fate would have it, I was able to vote and am thankful to
have participated in the unique event.
All the best!

Yeah while I LOVE Tyce, his vocal ability isn't up to par with
Brandon and Serena. He's fun to watch and sexy as hell, but I still
think with an average voice, those sexy looks, and AWESOME DANCE
Skills he could still land a deal. I mean you don't have to be a
bad ass singer to make it. I'm VERY VERY VERY happy Brandon made
it. He's my vote for winner. Harlem is just so ANNOYING. Instead
of EVER hearing that terrible vogue performance again I'd rather sit
through Kelly Osbourne messing up "Papa Don't Preach" at least if I
do I can see Tyce in the video. :-) Carnie annoys me with her love
for Harlem. He's just so damn annoying. He's a circus act, a
clown. He's a cartoon. No wonder he hasn't made it yet. Serena is
very talented. Shannon Bex is simply nothing more than Britney
Wannabe which is why Johnny wants her to win, HE KNOWS he can market
her as THE NEXT BRITNEY! DUH!!!! Oh well we'll see what happens
but Brandon is getting votes from me on any phone I can find!

Well, well, well.
It looks as though we made the right choices. Tyce had to go and so
he did. Moy, despite her charisma, should have gone after the first
week, as so she has also departed. I would have rather seen Shannon
depart instead of Allison. Thank God that my Boo, Brandon, made it.
This evening was awesome. Serena is incredible. Harlem is just a
little over the top, but his voice soars and he knows how to work an
audience. Shannon this evening had some serious pitch problems.
Brandon was awesome. He brought tears to my eyes, making me think

dancing is INCREDIBLE. I agree with JoJo, BRANDON SHOULD WIN THE

Also he worked with Company Dance and was in the opening number for
the 1990 AMA's that Paula Abdul choreographed. So he's definitely
worked with the best in dance. He's listed a teacher or something
for Cris Judd and Eddie Garcia's dance thing. They forgot to
mention in this bio that he was on Paula Abdul's Under my Spell
tour. He was also in "Robin Hood: Men in Tights." So he's got the
dance credentials. But hell he's vocal ability isn't AMAZING, but
it's decent enough to get a recording contract. A great producer,
good marketing, and a great radio friendly song is all he'd need.
Heck pop music definitely proves that vocal ability isn't always
needed, Britney Spears, Jlo, Paula Abdul, etc..have proven that. So
Tyce has the sex appeal, the HOT dance moves and ability, and he's
got a fun personality. He's also a sweetheart.
> His bio on codance.comreads as follows: Tyce recently finished an
episode of That `70s Show, the new Kelly Osbourne video "Papa Don't
Preach," and choreography for the artist Pauline Rubio on the 2002
Alma Awards and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. His stage credits
include the Broadway Company of Fosse, Ricky Martin's La Vida Loca
Tour, Janet Jackson's Velvet Rope World Tour, J'Lo's Live NBC
Concert Special in Puerto Rico, and the *NSYNC Tour with Samantha
Mumba. He has appeared in videos with Celine Dion, Paula Abdul,
Jennifer Lopez, Mya, Vitamin C, Janet Jackson, Jasmine Guy, Ricky
Martin, and many more. Tyce's television credits include the Disney
movie Cinderella with Brandy and Whitney Houston, Annie with Kathy
Bates, American Music Awards, MTV Awards, Billboard Awards,
Blockbuster Awards, and the Academy Awards.*NSYNC? Hello! Member
Joey Fatone is the host and Johnny Wright, one of the judges, is
Joey's manager and close friend. Doesn't this seem a bit strange?
Tyce Diorio is all over the web. He's listed as a member of Janet
Jackson's touring company both here and here. Ironically, he is even
a member of something called the "Triple Threat Dance Convention." >
