Having problems with message search?
All of you have no concept about island life/ Tthis MTV series is a terrible repesentation of the islands and what they are and about (the people, culture, etc.) You all need to get over this series and do your study on Hawaiian Heritage and Culture. Maui isn't about this at all - we welcome (E Komo Mai) everyone on our islands, and Ka'anapalii isn't this way either. No drunk, illicit behavior going on, everyone comes to enjoy what the island has to offer and bring back (well hopefully) the Aloha Spirit to their hometowns on the mainland. THis is not Beverly HIlls or your Malibu (which has many wrong things going on). This is our land - respect it.
We as native Hawaiians are ashamed of this movie and wished our politicians never gave permission to MTV to film this. MTV and its producers, etc. lied to us about what this woudl be about.
