Hello,
Thanks to all of you for joining my Maggie Ausburn group. As you know Big
Brother is returning July 9. You are all invited to join my Big Brother 11 group
here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Big_Brother_11/join
Thanks!
I don't know about you, but my opinions have been thrown for a loop
since I first asked about the show!
Right now, I find Dick and Danielle pretty contemptible. They took a
sharp dive with me when they betrayed Jessica and Eric. I just think
they could have stuck to the final four agreement and worked it from
there. Or, they could have at least PRETENDED to feel bad, not just
to them, but in the diary room (and hence, the viewers) too. But
then, that wouldn't be very entertaining, with no conflict, I guess!
It sucks, because I *did* like them earlier...
I'm also surprised I actually grew to like Jessica...a little, at
least. Maybe I was a sucker for the "budding romance" angle, though I
can't believe that was it! :P
Eric was up/down all season for me, that didn't really change. I do
think the America's Player thing may have screwed him, but I don't
think anyone else would have been as amusing doing some of those
stunts! I did find his Janelle comment uncalled for. I'm NO Janelle
fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I never got people calling
her fat in ANY season...unpleasant, mean-spirited bitch, perhaps, but
not fat!
Zach was always a goober. He had a chance to redeem himself last week
by using the veto and being a "player", but he blew it. Still, he has
shown some "game" in the past couple of weeks. His last nominations
were gutsy, though his speech was mostly nonsense. He could have
stated it logically, but I don't know as they would have taken it any
better.
Jameka went from annoying godliness to being a non-factor. My opinion
changed from dislike to "don't care".
I just think the Donato's could be the most objectionable final pair
since Allison and Jun. By that, mean NOBODY is going to want to give
money to either of them, like season 4. They basically bullied their
way there, in my eyes. Plus, Jen's arguments about Dani being a bit
of, well, a slut with Nick really started to ring true the more I
thought about it. (I even grew to like JEN a little there!).
One thing I found odd: there have been NO updates from the sequester
house. It used to be we saw each evicted jury member arriving one by
one, as well as their reactions to tapes of the show...what happened
to that?
Guess we'll see Tuesday and Thursday!

I think, knowing that he was America's Player.. he should have played
it a whole lot differently. He should have been quiet on nominations
or AT LEAST the evictions, until he knew who America wanted off.....
then get vocal... make your points... as it was.. he destroyed Nick's

didn't change votes to get rid of Kail there at the end, when he found

vote the way he wanted. NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.... Therefore, I really

has found out about being nominated, he has been non stop... same

That was the most rediculous thing I have ever heard in my whole life.
Then... after making such a statement with using the POV because her

Dick...sometimes I like him, sometimes he's nothing but a loudmouth
bully. Kinda like Howie from the last two seasons, only not as stupid!
I also kinda like Eric, America's player, but he seems to be self
destructing. He would be in a better place if he owned up to the votes
that have him on the block now. He could have blown it off somehow, as
trying to send a message to the others that they weren't safe, maybe.

I don't think James despised Maggie. I just think he was frustrated with her since he could not figure her out.
I do believe the pictures he sent me were from the end of season 7 party.

I agree totally..... I didn't get to see Jannelle.. but I can probably watch on Joker.com or somewhere. I am actually dissappointed in the whole ALL STARS Big Brother. I really thought after that one POV when they had to decide whether or not to get their hair shaved... that it was really gonna be a good show to watch. But then it just kinda fizzled out. They asked trivia questions... oh come on now... of course they KNEW that Jannelle was good at those... but would she have risked getting her head shaved??? Or eating something really nasty... or losing some other prime items in the house... I just thought... with it being all stars.. they should have went all out and made it rough. Which they didn't.
As far as who should win.... at this point.. I really don't care. It's between two people who deserve each other as far as I'm concerned. Mike B... it's being said... is a criminal and shouldn't have even been on the show. I don't know... I know everyone is saying it's a game it's a game... but gosh... make an All Stars game more demanding... than the normal Big Brothers.
Thanks for listening.

I can't believe I'm saying it, but I actually feel kinda bad for Janelle!
Not bad that she won't win, but bad that the viewer's choice reward is only 25,000 instead of another half million, or even 50 thousand. I've never been a fan of hers, and I know some of her success this season was due to luck rather than skill (luck that Jase was too stupid to take Danielle's idea in week one, luck that everyone but Danielle was greedy in that one veto competition, luck that the buzzers malfunctioned in the HOH competition), but I do give the girl props for knowing her trivia stuff as far as what player did what and when for competitions, and (usually) being quick on her feet when needed as well. Given that fact, I was astonished that Boogie beat her in that last competition between the two. I still believe Will is the best player ever in the game as far as the manipulation of other houseguests and playing them against each other, but she has him and everyone else beaten on the actual competitions. That's why I have to admit she deserves something bigger just for her gameplay.
Speaking of her, did anyone see her on The Early Show this morning? Was it just me, or did she seem like she was drunk? Her eyes seemed a tad droopy, and she was slurring words. It reminded me of Mike Tyson on lithium in that Robin Givens interview years ago! You'd think they would have kept a tighter lock on her with an early appearance like that coming up!
As for the game, I was never really a fan of Boogie personally, except as a necessary evil for Will to work his magic, but I believe he deserves the win as the last person standing from the smallest, yet most POWERFUL alliance in the house. They overcame the Season Six alliance, they got rid of the floaters (through manipulation of the Season Six folks), and even managed to pick apart the Legion of Doom from the INSIDE. And, he beat Janelle head to head, something nobody else seemed to be able to do. I like Erika well enough, despite some questionable moves, but she really rode coat tails the majority of the game, and doesn't deserve to win it all for that.

Drat, I guess we won't get to see Boogie use his secret power, since
it's only good for three evictions. He passed on using it for two, and
now he's HOH, and won't need to use it. Oh, well, as long as you-know-
who is next to go, I'll be happy!
jb
I agree totally! Last time around he at least tried
to play the game - this time he just kind of sat back
and let Janelle do all the work.
Should have known Will was behind that - without him
and Boogie, I don't think this would be worth
watching!

Found out that Will is the one that told Kay that Georgy swore on his kids to give Kay his vote..so the when Kay repeated it...he thought he was telling the truth...but I still glad hes gone. Hes like watchin paint dry.

I just wish Julie would have called him out on his claims not to campaign and then showed him clips of himself begging everyone in the house for their vote. She usually likes to do that, but I guess showing him the real deal with James made for better TV.
I was not surprised the first words out of his mouth were that he is a man of integrity, above the game, blah blah blah - but he's just like every other arrogant, smug, center of the universe being - as long as he does it, it's okay. Flip the script and he takes the high road. Did anybody read his comments about Maggie and Yvette on the BB6 site after he was voted for good? I still don't see why people think so highly of him - his first love is himself. And where did he get off with sabotaging Chicken George? Unless it happened off camera, no way did George assure Kaysar of his vote.
I am SO glad the erstwhile King has been dethroned.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that Danielle is
correct with Do Not Assume and wins coup d-etat.
The only thing now is whether or not the HOH is exempt
from eviction. I sincerely hope not, then Janelle can
realize her dream that Danielle gets her out of the
house with a "special power" instead of coming back,
winning HOH and voting her out.
And it seems like Will and Boogie are committed to the
Legion of Doom - at least until the final 4. Then it
will be cutthroat, but at that point, with only 4 left
in the game, the time for big alliances is over!
Even though I would have hated for BB6 to win anything
ever, I would have loved to see the Sovereigns (yeah
right!) make it to the end just for the pleasure of
watching them rum amock as they backstabbed,
campaigned and turned on each other to win the big
money!

I just wish Julie would have called him out on his
claims not to campaign and then showed him clips of
himself begging everyone in the house for their vote.
She usually likes to do that, but I guess showing him
the real deal with James made for better TV.
I was not surprised the first words out of his mouth
were that he is a man of integrity, above the game,
blah blah blah - but he's just like every other
arrogant, smug, center of the universe being - as long
as he does it, it's okay. Flip the script and he
takes the high road. Did anybody read his comments
about Maggie and Yvette on the BB6 site after he was
voted for good? I still don't see why people think so
highly of him - his first love is himself. And where
did he get off with sabotaging Chicken George? Unless
it happened off camera, no way did George assure
Kaysar of his vote.
I am SO glad the erstwhile King has been dethroned.

Yes I agree.. that was definitely a weird ending. I don't know if Mike would go against Will, but.... it's all possible. I still think that the HOH redo was wrong. After watching last nights show...You saw several people say that it didn't work, but the one that did the MOST gripping was Howie. All the others said mine didn't work.. I noticed the light wasn't on, so I hit it again. I think if HOWIE wouldn't have been such a baby, they wouldn't have done one. Also, I went and read that other site this morning... and they are saying that Jannelle is saying "racist" remarks and wondered why CBS woudn't show them. I think if they did, then maybe people wouldn't like Jannelle so derned much. I just don't understand why. And for people to say how great Kayser was playing the game... when he lied so much is beyond me.... sometimes I wonder if I'm seeing the same show that they are!!!!

Did anyone else find that final shot in Sunday's episode a little non sequiter? Just a few seconds of Mike Boogie getting all cozy with Erika in bed, with no real strategy talk or anything...what a bizarre thing to show! I know there's been talk that the two of them were a couple, either before the show or during; that was still a weird shot, unless it was meant for us to think Boogie might betray Will for her...?
I watched the conversation between Kay and Georgy...not only didnt he swear on his kids, CG wouldnt even give him a confirmation on his vote! He told Kay how much he liked him and such but the closes the got to any sort of committment was he would "see what he could do"..Kay LIED to Janie...flat out lied. So much for the "good honest player" ppl like to remember in Kay...

I did notice on YouTube that they had video of Kaysar and Chicken George's discussion about the vote. It was rather long, so I didn't have the patience to watch and see if George did, indeed, swear "on his children", as Kaysar insists, that he would vote to keep him. The video shown on CBS seems to indicate otherwise, but it would be nice to confirm that Kaysar did lie about this.

Perusing the live feed recaps, it certainly seems Will is working
Janelle rather well...promising her the moon, then calling her a
sucker when she's out of earshot! Of course, he can't be trusted, and
he plays all sides, but I'll root for him as long as he works to get
her out! As long as BB6 goes out, I'll be happy! James can stay a
little longer, as long as he works for the greater "good"!

Watching the 1st HoH comp. would could visible see that Howie was
buzzing in before anyone else and was coming up on the short of the
stick for the question he went out on. He had a right to be mad.
You all know I am a Danielle fan this season, so I am not an avid
Howie and Janelle fan. Even Danielle thought the game was messed
up. I think they should have started the game over with only those
that were still in the game at the point Howie's buzzer quit working
and Janelle would not have been one of those people. She was
already out because she got a wrong answer not a tech. difficulty.
Thank you for calling Kaysar out on all his lies!!! He was such a
hard hearted man this season and I am so glad he is gone. I got
tired of watching him on the live feeds. He was so depressing.
Hopefully he is happy now that he is out of the
house....geez....maybe he got his birthday wish. His birthday was
Thursday when he got evicted.
I sure hope we get to see Maggie in a part of the show. She and
Danielle would have made one hell of a team.

I'm so glad that SOB is out of there! Mister "I'm just a nice guy trying to play a mean game" is ousted for the THIRD (and let's hope LAST) time! I'm REALLY glad he's out before Will; at least we can safely say Will's the better player between those two!
BTW, if anyone tries to tell you what a great, loveable guy Kaysar is, just point them here:
Nothing says you're respectful of women like towering over them in an openly hostile and aggressive stance that threatens violence! Jackass...
As for CBS's agenda, I fully expect them to give away a "bonus" 500K to the "viewer's choice" winner, so either way, look for at least one of Kaysar and Janelle to walk away with it!

You missed this in your correct description of the S6 followers. If a person doesn't agree with them they call the peson a racist and a hater. It's amazing how ignorant they can get. If only they weren't in denial of the truth about their heros.
I looked at that site, but it's just too lousy with S6 fans. You can tell by all nasty, hate-filled posts that seem to be written by 10th graders.
Here's the pattern:
1. Someone posts something negative about Janelle and company.
2. Someone else posts a nasty response that contains no valid argument against the previous poster's comments, other than basically saying "Nuh-uh, so-and-so is great, you suck!"
3. The first person tries to respond to the second one, feebly trying to reiterate their original point. They may or may not be able to control their (justifiable) anger.
4. The second person responds again, with even more nonsense and a LOT more nastiness.
5. Fellow Janelle and co. supporters all jump in to support their comrade with varying degrees of nastiness and little actual content.
6. Original person gives up, realizing you can't argue with a moron; they drag you down the their level and beat you with experience!
No, I'll just stay in the relatively friendly confines of our little list here!

As most everyone knows by now, CBS did the HOH competition over,
blaming "technical difficulties" with some of the buzzers. And, big
surprise, Janelle won.
All fairness arguments aside, since it's all a moot point now, what
happens now? She'll want Dani out, just like she went after Jennifer
last year, to "avenge" Kaysar, as well as serve her own ends. From
what I've read, some are trying to get her to put up Marcellus, but
she's having none of it. She doesn't even want to try to backdoor
Dani, thinking it's too risky.
The three groups in the house as I see them stand like this:
Season Six (Howie, Janelle)
The Floaters (Chicken George, Dani, Erika, Marcellus, and James to a
degree)
Chill Town (Will and Boogie)
If she nominates Dani and Erika, and she can't play for veto, then
Dani and Erika will still be almost on their own, unless James get
picked to play. Mike and/or Will will throw whatever competition,
Howie will be on Janelle's side, and George and Marcellus won't be
much help to anyone. If Dani or Erika win, they come off, another
floater (maybe even James?) goes up.
Still, does she have the votes to oust Dani? Howie will vote against
Dani for sure, and if Chill Town flops again (certainly possible, as
we've seen; they're the TRUE floaters!), then it would be up to
George, Marc, and James to cause a tie. Then, Janelle get's the
tie-breaker, and Dani's out. If Dani or Erika come off, Marc goes up,
and if it comes to a tie, Janie votes out Erika.
It looks like the best we can hope for is that someone else wins HOH
next week, puts Howie and Janelle on the block, then they vote out
which ever one doesn't get veto, or Janelle if neither does.
